For first time - 6 Southern states contributing more to U.S. GDP then the NE corridor

Not sure he's deriding southern red state residents per se.  At least, I'm not.  But look who is paying the majority of the bills.  Like I said, dividing the country up by red and blue or allocating voting power by taxes paid would be a win for progressives.  All those Medicare and SSI dollars going to Florida would need to come from red states.

Lied. the less you earn the more democratically you vote the more you earn the more Republican you vote.

trump won over 100k handily, they pay way more tax than lower brackets.

dem party has 3 tiers, the deadbeats, the elite wealthy and the idiots that think they are part of the elite wealthy…

Those who make money and pay all the taxes tend to vote R in the hopes they will steal less of it.

New York state is reeling from a COVID-era exodus to low-tax locales as revenue during this fiscal year is down nearly 20%, according to a report.

New York and California saw the steepest drops in tax-generated revenue this fiscal year while Florida and Texas saw their coffers fill up thanks to a pandemic-fueled  migration.

New York has collected 19.5% less in levies while California has seen its state tax revenue fall by a whopping 24.9%, according to data revealed by Bloomberg News.

Meanwhile, Texas reported a 12.2% growth in state tax revenue while Florida has collected 9.9% more in levies so far this fiscal year, according to the data compiled by Urban-Brooking Tax Policy Center.

No doubt they’ll address this massive shortfall by cutting spending.

Lol lol jk they’re going to raise your taxes.

so why are the elite wealthy and the "idiots who think they are part of the elite wealthy", D's?  Are they willing to pay big money to pose as altruists or maybe they just prefer the D's ideology to the R's...maybe they have more powerful consciences...especially in the time of trump...?

I'll ask again, which states are paying the majority of the country's bills?  red or blue?  and when you look it up and find out, ask yourself if those are rich or poor blue voters in those states.

But, at least, we've finally removed the window dressing and gotten to the authentic issues behind MAGA, Jan 6, the big lie, defending a criminal that gave away/sold state secrets etc:  socioeconomic status

uh huh.  47% of American households don't pay fed tax.  Top 1% pay 42% of fed tax.   And?  Perhaps more Americans should make enough to qualify to pay fed tax?

I self identify as upper middle class.  If you want to label me as the other, that's your problem.  It's a highly class stratified society and culture, by design.  Always has been.  Most of us know where we stand in that regard.  Clearly not the most important attribute to humanity but very important in US culture.  What?  are you a socialist???

Did you know a HHI of 200k is top 10 percentile and that top 10% pay 70%+ of personal income tax?

That same group votes about 60% Or higher republican. The inverse of the bottom 50%.

Successful accomplished people lean conservative, it’s just a fact. One that you hate.

Democrats aren’t having tantrums about ID’s because the best and brightest turnout for them but can’t figure out how to get IDs.

your party prays on deadbeats for power.

No, I didn't.  Source.  Here's what resulted from a very quick search:

Why do you imagine there are so many poor people on our side?  or vice versa?

well first what you just posted substantiates it. So I appreciate that admission. Shows the shift, those on welfare are dems… as soon as folks start exerting any effort at all to generate income they become more and more conservative..,

why do I think people who work and contribute are less likely to want to be robbed by corrupt politicians and also why do those who don’t want to work or work their way up are on the side of the pols promising the hand outs?

it’s fairly obvious when you correctly frame the question. And your party promises handouts to enslave the poor by enabling it.

Why are 54% of those making over $100K, D's or undecided, in your opinion?  What do they personally gain??

It’s the folks on the lowest end of that over 100k, that even makes it close.. as the stats bear out.  As you step up in income incrementally the most successful lean more and more away from the tax and spender give away party.

also by your own approach even at a modest 100k they are already 57% non democrat over 54% non republican.

Why does the minority still buy democrat marketing? I suppose They haven’t moved far enough up to sufficiently feel the pain of the government stealing and wasting their money or don’t have any financial sense, or are single issue voters, or possibly just still not that bright, maybe despite a modest income still would rather government tell them how to live their lives, or in some cases are the ultra wealthy in cahoots with the democrat elites. All possibilities.

It’s just a fact the more successful you are the less likely you are to vote dems. It makes a lot of sense… successful people don’t wait around for someone to solve their problems for them…

I'm none of these.  Nor are but a very few of D's I know.  try again.

Here's a hint:  some of us believe things can be better than now or even the 50's,60's or 70's etc.  Aim high.

They don’t.

That is your sides nonsense

Make America Great Again doesn’t refer to a “time period”

So - according to MAGA nutters - no matter how positive Biden’s economy trends post a global pandemic - it’s the worst ever.

Never mind the fact the “greatest potus ever” mismanaged the pandemic from the start, ignored his intelligence reports in 2019 and Conald still found away to steal from the treasury.

But six red states are doing well for a change - most of them receiving more federal funding than they put in - yet their leaders are characterized as a success even tho blue states are still forced to subsidize them… lolz

jfc - idiots everywhere

You seem to forget or should i say you would rather ignore how good the economy was prior to the pandemic & there wasn't any one including your beloved Joe B that would have done any better at handling the covid situation .

Matter of fact wasn't he and his cabinet the ones that wanted to keep most of the country shut down and lied in saying that if you got the jab you couldn't get the virus ? the shut down of the country would probably have went on much longer if Joe had his way & the Americans wouldn't have seen through the BS .

Then in true fashion the economy starts to add jobs that were either completely lost or shut down through out most of the pandemic & now old Joe wants to claim victory for it WOW how can a natural come back to the economy warrant it being because of certain policy's the a imbecile put in place ?

The man couldn't run a successful/profitable hot dog stand in time square if every day was friday let alone be given props for a economy that has came back strictly because of the nature of those true working Americans wanting to get back to work & figuring out what was going on ...

Sure the economy is better but little input from this administration & those states mentioned are doing good because of the leadership & their planning that has helped to build their states economy a lot of states have their hands out for funds it's just how well the plan on using them to actually do good things for their state not just give it away or spend it frivolously on pork projects that won't help .

Then if you add into the equation that a lot of these other states economy's are doing better because the people from Cali, NY, Chicago are running for the exits because they are tired of the happenings of the last 50+ yrs in those states & cities it all makes more sense .

The “best economy ever” required a bailout at the “beginning” of the pandemic.

The “best economy ever” was growing at 2.5%.

Obama averaged 2.4%.

Conald inherited the “best ever economy” from Obama.

ummmm..."great again" infers that it was once great, non?  When was it great?  Plenty of propaganda that uses white bread imagery of the 50's and 60's when US factories employed white working class at good paying jobs.  And racism, segregation, intolerance  were rampant  Those days are gone (except the bad parts from MAGA's).  Not coming back unless American workers want to accept Chinese wages.
