Now consider that Independents are the largest single voting block. Republicans have screwed themselves with their unending devotion to Trump. They can’t win with Trump and they can’t win without him.

same poll as Billsy's but a bit more info.  New R's have burned their own party down.  Bravo!

"But he has scant popularity outside his base of GOP voters, a scenario that has some analysts predicting a general election disaster for the party if he is on the ballot next November."  Because everyone else has a working brain and are not extremist , mad crazies.

Another lovely Trump supporter.

How many others like her has Trump riled up, besides some of the idiots here.

Mental illness and Trump supporter go hand-in-hand

She probably considers herself a patriot

Now, in your opinion, is that something for the courts to decide?

Or the media?

It’s gonna happen in both that’s just the way it is

personally, I think it’s a legal matter now

This isn't as clear cut as you want it to be. This is no slam dunk. The Trump team was exploring all legal avenues of getting the vote recounted, and choosing their own electors, which are both perfectly legal.

There were no guns being held to anybody's head.

Actually, the answer is note that on the electors

Once the states have certified elections, having an alternate slate of electors is illegal

And there was a recount there was a recount in all of the states, more than one in some of the states

Looks like another person added to the long list of people who wrecked their lives by their devotion to Trump. Trump will be encouraging more violence as the legal process continues, with more of his followers lives wrecked.

Just another sad, lonely person radicalized online to believe Trump was some kind of savior. No friends, no children, no hobbies, no education…this is the end result. Really makes me sick how the MAGA movement takes advantage of these people.

By itself, you would be correct.

Tied into RICO it's a very big deal because we know Stone was at the meetings at the Willard Hotel before 1/6 along with folks like Rudy.

Lying liars lie.  At this point, there just trying to stop the real news from breaking the spirit of the dumb MAGA's

What is needed to convict someone under RICO?

The law itself only requires the state to prove that some group of people is committing a pattern of other crimes under the RICO law, according to Pate.

"That can include simple stuff like theft, or murder, or drugs, or prostitution. As long as you can show a pattern of TWO or more crimes committed by this group of people that are organized together, you have a potential RICO case," said Pate.
