Bleeding Bills Blue
4 minutes ago, WhoTom said: Agreed, but let's think about the implications of that. Packers: no playoffs, no cap space, mid-round drafting next year, ten draft picks total Texans: no playoffs, lots of cap space, two first-round picks (including #2 overall), twelve draft picks total Situationally, at least, the Texans are better off. I guess? They have literally no talent though. Cap space doesn't go far in free agency, especially at the positions they need like WR and Pass rush. And #2 is likely a QB, and likely the 2nd best one.

Someone has to hire Ben Johnson as a HC just on the potential upside. The work he did with that group was one of the more impressive jobs we've seen by an NFL OC in recent years. He almost put them in the playoffs when they had no business being there. Take him away from that team and they are the Texans I do watch. He is not what he used to be.

What's more likely, that he's all of a sudden not good or his rookie receivers all suck?
The Frankish Reich
Geno was really good this year, including in the win over the Rams. One of his TD passes was just amazingly perfect, absolutely the equal of Josh. I have no idea where this came from. He showed signs last year subbing for Wilson, but I just assumed the start to this year was a lucky streak. But no. Really good. Like “second tier behind Mahomes/Allen/Burrow/Herbert” good. So after a year and 4 games or whatever, I am now convinced he is the next Rich Gannon, late career bloomer.

dave mcbride
6 hours ago, MJS said: Rodgers just isn't as good as he used to be. That's part of the problem. We've been saying for YEARS now that they give him no help, but elite QB's elevate the team around them and make do with sub-par weapons. They have to, given their exorbitant contracts. Not saying Rodgers isn't elite, but at what point do people start giving him some of the blame? He was playing with a fractured thumb on his throwing hand since week five. One has to factor that in. BillsShredder83
Wish ARod could go across town and play for Detroit. Those fans deserve it and Rodgers and Campbell would get along great id bet
