No, it’s not. Trump is not the same level of regular old corruption. He is a walking, talking, whirling dervish of crime and fraud.

And yet with all this he still walks freely among us.  How is that so?

The entire political establishment from elected officials to life long entrenched bureaucrats in powerful institutions, aka well established known corrupt liars, tried in unison to take down Trump from day one that he entered politics.  Well before any Trump "corruption" was "uncovered"

And leftists want sane prople to believe that TRUMP is the corruption that needs to be exposed?

🤣

Never change @ChiGoose

JFK jr?  Man.  You are dumb.

There are lots of Trump supporters who believe this.

Who's dumb?

No one comes close to Trump supporters.

When asked to leave they did so?

So all that fighting that went on against people trying to keep them out never happened?

All those videos must have been AI, right?

So these gentlemen who have just been convicted weren't trying to overthrow the election even though they CONTINUE to say that?

Are they lying?

These fine folks set up a gallows for Pence. You think they would have just shaken his hand if they met him?

What would they have done if they found Pelosi?

Ask for autographs after they took ***** and smeared it around her office?

And why were they all there?

Because your cult leader whipped them into a frenzy by repeatedly screaming that the election was stolen.

Or maybe everything was just harmless tourism.

It's hard to be as stupid as you pretend to be but I suppose it's possible because some Trump supporters believe JFK Jr. will  be the next VP.

A couple of Trump supporters here have reacted with emojis, but not a single one could offer proof that my assertions were not factual, because they can't.

Cult members, when confronted with facts, disappear.

I bet the families of those that died in bengazy waiting for Hillary to send people to save them would have a different opinion & using a FISA court to issue warrants under false pretenses to illegally spy on a US citizen & also using a bought and paid for completely bogus dossier to influence that court is not just every day corruption .

Talk about a whirling dervish of corruption but of course that is totally different i know right . Or the dossier, FISA court, illegal warrants (even though Durham said they were all unsubstantiated claims after a 4 yr investigation) are truly all just made up to cover Trumps true corruption ??

Pulling on imaginary threads to keep your hate for Trump going.  Hilarious!  What a mess.

I remember all those Benghazi investigations of Clinton led by Republicans that didn't implicate her for anything.

I'm not part of the cult where some believe JFK Jr will be Trump's next VP.

That's the delusional folks you're aligned with.

Once again, since you can't refute it, you do what all of you do. You change the subject.

Were you on your grade school debate team?

Chris keeps proving the same thing ad nauseum.

He can never refute a thing, but he sure can post emojis.

A round of applause for Chris.

To @ChiGoose those are all just mundane mistakes made by the FBI.  They have recognized them and are committed to fixing it going forward.

So don't worry. You can trust the FBI!

Lots of reasons, depending on the potential crimes and jurisdictions.

  • Difficulty: White collar crimes are much harder to investigate and secure a conviction on than other types of crimes. There is often an intent component that may be difficult to prove and targets can often afford high power defense attorneys that make potential trials difficult. This is even more the case for Trump.
  • Obstruction: The Trump camp regularly and routinely obstructs investigations. Even now, they are paying for the attorneys for people being targeted by investigators in the hope of keeping them from flipping. There are allegations that at least one of the lawyers did not tell their ostensible client that a deal was offered as it would have the client flip on Trump
  • OLC memo: When he was president, the DoJ would not indict him. Mueller said he could exonerate Trump if he felt that Trump did not commit crimes, but did not do so. Instead, he listed out multiple instances of crimes Trump committed and indicated that the proper remedy was impeachment
  • Politics: The Dems stupidly rested their hopes on Mueller instead of doing the work themselves. Then they chickened out. When Garland stepped into office, he could have indicted Trump for the multiple instances of obstruction of justice that Mueller had outlined, but he declined to do so. Also, indicting a former president is a big deal. Losing a case here isn't the same as losing one against some random person. Law enforcement probably wants to be as close to 100% of a conviction as possible before indicting him. Even if they think there's an 80% chance they win, that might not be enough to warrant the risk.
  • Time: Some of these investigations take a very long time. The Mar-A-Lago documents case is very straightforward, but in order to properly prepare for trial, Jack Smith needs to interview every potential person who may have information, from the people close to Trump down to the janitorial staff and visitors to the building. That takes time.

He's been indicted in Manhattan. He will almost certainly be indicted in Georgia and he will also very likely be indicted by Jack Smith.

Of course, people will always find a way to defend him saying it's political, but applying the publicly known facts of each case to the law and the only reason he *wouldn't* be indicted would be politics. Any one of us would have already been indicted if we had done what he did.

We could fill a very small thimble with what you know about the law. Maybe. There might be a little room left over for what little life you seem to have.

and another with what the MAGA's here collectively know about medicine.  Jack Kemp was a good R.  I believe he would be in despair over the state of the party now.
