I believe he is 80 and glad we never used his services when we restructured our team with our current era. I think this is a terrible decision by a terribly run organization. The way I heard it reported they hired him as a consultant in the coach GM search, not necessarily beyond that. Hopefully for the Bears he won't recommend his son.
