Contempt Pt. II: Just in case it wasn't Antifa, prominent Fox News personalities, members of congress, and Donald Jr, who somehow couldn't get ahold of his father any other way, reach out to Mark Meadows on 1/6 to try to get Trump to stop the insurrection

I forgot about this clown show committee.  I'll be LMAO when it's over and nothing happens again.  Maybe this committee can do something useful for a change and investigate why the officiating crew from Sunday's Bills game refused to call all the obvious holding and interference calls committed by the Tampa defense?  And issue a subpoena for all the text messages between Brady and the NFL league office.

Donny Jr had to text Meadows to get to his father.

Someone’s triggered. Lol 😂

Darn coup attempts seem to piss normal people off. The kooks, not so much.

What do you want to replace our rule of law with? Rule of Trump?

Coup attempt on our government is no big deal?

Wait…the narrative framed is that Team Trump and “Fox News” were behind a violent attempt to overthrow democracy.

These texts show just the opposite, don’t they?

They show the President knew and did nothing. The commander and chief sat on his fat azz.

The reality is there was no violent attempt to overthrow democracy.  But we've been over this a number of times already.  Explain how an unarmed and unorganized group of misfits and outcasts at the US Capitol are going to overthrow the US government?  Where's the plan?  A couple text messages?  Maybe a stick figure drawing on a Chucky Cheese napkin?  A diagram in the dirt made by a stick in front of the Capitol?  Not only that what's the plan to maintain control of uprising in the face of law enforcement, the intelligence community, and the US military?  It's absurd.

Hell, on another thread you're not even concerned with taking on the entire Russian military but you think some group of protesters is a real threat to pull off the unseating of our government?  It's a simply preposterous manufactured delusion meant for political theater as provided by "the committee".  It can't be soon enough for this bullsheet to end.

Yeah, no weapons or plan and they all left after a few hours.  But a clear attempt to overthrow the government.  LOL!

True - Trump's attempt to overthrow the government was about as successful as his infrastructure plan, healthcare plan, and his withdrawal from Afghanistan.

Sure.  But at least they weren't as horrible as Joey's actual infrastructure plan, withdrawal from Afghanistan and his "shut down" of Wuhan virus.
