Voter fraud!

The thing that’s really telling about all of this is that they see the headline or claim and the first thought isn’t “is this true? I should see if anyone has examined it” but instead “this confirms my priors and therefore is obviously correct.”

A simple look would debunk these claims. It took like a minute for me to find an examination of the dead voter claim that proves it’s BS

The GOP acts as if they believe that their voters are gullible sheep and their voters seem all too eager to prove them right.

I don't vote. Not worth my time when NY votes Democrat no matter what. How brain dead would you have to be to always vote for 1 party? What incentive do they have to do right by their constituents when they know they will vote for them no matter what?

Well, when one party tries a coup, I kind of think its my responsibility as a citizen to support the party that is in favor of us being a democratic-republic

Who tried a coup? It was mostly peaceful protests. Being a bit dramatic I see

They Trump put together fake and illegal electors to replace the real ones--the ones the people had picked. That was a coup

He tried taking away our vote and replacing them with HIS choice

Democrats Lose Big Time After Appeals Court Denies Request to Reconsider

Whether Date Requirement for Mail-In Ballots is Enforceable in Pennsylvania

by Christina Laila

Last month the Third US Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that mail-in ballots with no dates cannot be counted by Pennsylvania election officials.

Democrats use this tactic frequently to add more ballots to their candidate’s totals following election day. “Mailed ballots that arrive on time but in envelopes without dates handwritten by Pennsylvania voters or with incorrect dates should not be counted, a three-judge panel of the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Wednesday. Their 2-1 decision strikes down a lower court ruling.” NPR reported last month. “The main legal issue surrounding what are often called “undated ballots”

You would think this wouldn't need to be debated.

People need to go to jail over this

As usual, a completely unresearched scare tweet. Apparently this is a form that asks someone if they want a voter registration form.

This is the actual voter registration form:

https://www.sccounties.org/sites/default/files/uploads/resources/Association-Groups/SCARE/vr_blank_form.pdf

Note these questions on it:

Voter Declaration – (read and sign below) I swear or affirm that: -I am a citizen of the United States of America -I will be 18 years of age on or before Election day -I am a resident of South Carolina, this county and precinct -I am not under a court declaring me mentally incompetent -I am not confined in any public prison resulting from a conviction of a crime -I have never been convicted of a felony or offense against the election laws OR if previously convicted, I have served my entire sentence, including probation or parole, or I have received a pardon for the conviction -the address listed above is my only legal place of residence, and I claim no other place as my legal residence

There is a point to be made here - the motor voter law (requiring DMVs and other agencies to give out voter registration forms) causes problems, since a lot of self-identified non-citizens still are required to be given the form. I've seen cases where the person who fills out the form clearly didn't know what the hell they were doing (those are rejected for prosecution). But ... this just isn't the registration form itself. It's basically a request to get/not get that form.

Georgia Governor Brian Kemp Signs THREE Major Election Integrity Bills into Law Ahead of 2024 Presidential Election

by Jim Hoft

Governor Brian Kemp made a significant move on Tuesday by signing three pivotal pieces of legislation that aim to reshape Georgia’s election procedures in preparation for the 2024 presidential elections.

The new legislation, House Bill 974, House Bill 1207, and Senate Bill 189, aims to enhance ballot security, voter eligibility verification, and auditing protocols in the battleground state.

House Bill 974, amends election procedures in Georgia primarily concerning the security and auditing of ballots. Here are the key provisions of the bill:

  1. Ballot Security: It mandates that ballots used in optical scan voting systems and ballot marking devices be printed on paper with a visible watermark security feature. This watermark must identify the paper as an official Georgia ballot, ensuring the authenticity while maintaining voter anonymity.
  2. Scanning and Posting of Ballots: The bill requires that all absentee ballots be scanned to create a digital image with a resolution of at least 600 dots per inch. These scanned images are to be maintained in a statewide system, which the Secretary of State is tasked to establish and manage.
  3. Risk-Limiting Audits: It expands the types of contests subject to risk-limiting audits, which use statistical methods to ensure the accuracy of election outcomes. The law defines the parameters for these audits, including the maximum statistical probability that an incorrect outcome could go undetected.
  4. Pilot Program for Auditing Using Optical Character Recognition: A pilot program is to be created to audit paper ballots using optical character recognition technology. This audit will focus on verifying the human-readable text on ballots, excluding any machine-readable codes like QR codes.
  5. Public Transparency: The bill also includes provisions to enhance transparency, requiring that audit processes be conducted in public view and that details of the audits be made available to the public promptly.

NOTE: Here are 10 critical things from the ruling

1- Illegal Votes Cast: The court found that 1,430 illegal votes were cast in the election for the 180th District Court.

2- Undeterminable Outcome: Due to the number of illegal votes, the court deemed it impossible to ascertain the true outcome of the election.

3- Margin of Votes: The net margin of votes was 321 in favor of Dasean Jones over Tami Pierce (1,146 to 825).

4- Official Mistake: The illegal votes were attributed to an official mistake by the Harris County Elections Administration Office.

5- Texas Election Code: According to Texas Election Code § 221.012, if the court cannot ascertain the true outcome, the election must be declared void.

6- New Election Ordered: The court has ordered that a new election be held for the office of Judge of the 180th District Court of Harris County.

7- Attorney Fees and Costs: Plaintiff Tami Pierce is awarded $65,265 for attorney fees and $752 for costs, which must be paid by Defendant Dasean Jones.

8- Previous Court Rulings: The court affirmed previous rulings dismissing Dasean Jones's motions to dismiss the case as meritless and frivolous.

9- Election Margin: The final vote count showed Dasean Jones defeated Tami Pierce by a margin of 449 votes (534,460 to 534,011).

10- Overall Election Contests: This case is one of twenty-one election contests filed in Harris County after the November 8, 2022, general election, and it was the closest of those contests.
