Is this not a swing too far of the pendulum? Why not a shift of black only employees at the local factory, or black only squads in the Airforce. It's terrible So Catholic Schools allow catholics of all colors to attend and as recall Sammy Davis Jr. was Jewish. Why can tv have black awards only yet blacks can complain they do not get enough attention at the Oscar's, you cannot be fish and fowl at the same time if equality is the aim. If it is only power a group is after, which maybe the case, then the use of racism by black groups can be as racist as the KKK.
