His case is over with, he accepted a plea bargain and pled guilty a misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge, at which point he was suspended 6 games. Unless he generates a new case, so to speak, he's served his penance and can move on (onto the Bills PS or elsewhere) He was reinstated Oct 28 and had a 1 week roster exemption, I believe.
