If Trump is in violation of the constitution because people stay at one his hotels then shouldn’t this have been dealt with PRIOR to him taking office or possibly before him winning the Republican nomination, or even before him running in the first place? I assume this is how it would be handled if a 33 year old tried to run...no? What changed? Is this the first time a foreign citizen has stayed at a Trump hotel in the last three years?
