It's a pouch of artificially colored sugar and a sugar stick used to dip into it. Straight to the point. Honest. Pure tooth rot in a pouch. I haven't had one since I was a kid but loved them. Very, very sour. I could probably handle it better now as an adult but as a kid....lemon face the whole time.
