There are always players who fall that nobody expects. I would be surprised if Barkley lasts until 6, and there is probably a pretty good chance somebody trades up for Baker Mayfield if he's still on the board after pick 4, but it's not impossible. I think most prognosticators would project Chark later unless the ghost of Al Davis rises and haunts his son into picking him because he's big and fast.
