Yes, I looked through the link. And in numerous posts it says pretty much what I said. While states would have to cover pre-existing conditions states can also apply for waivers to not have to do things that were under the ACA.

Access to coverage is not coverage. I can offer everyone in America healthcare right now, but if the amount you'd have to pay to get it is impossible for you to handle, then access is meaningless.

and what's wrong with that? States shouldn't have rights ensured by the Constitution because ...?

The ones who you agree with are cugalbanza and Tiberius. That's saying a lot

I doubt you work in insurance if you can't have a rational discussion without resorting to juvenile comments. States rights take precedence under the tenth amendment if I recall correctly. If you want to debate whether states or federal government should run health care fine. The discussion centered on the current plan, and pre-existing conditions. And I and others on several occasions now have pointed out access to care does not mean you can afford the access provided. It has also been pointed out that states can apply for waivers. Both of these put pre-existing coverage in potential jeopardy.

You just don't want to understand complex things.

Love it! The Deplorable National Anthem!

The Snowflakes can use it too... Under licensing agreement though. Those two, Snowflakes & Deplorables... Really one in the same. Just depends on the time & day and who's playing the butt hurt ****.

It's all about the individual right! Yay individual!

Just shut up and play, we are here now, entertain us!

Changed for 2017:

"With the lights out, it's less dangerous

Here we are now, entertain us

I feel stupid and contagious

Here we are now, entertain us

A mulatto, an Albino

A mosquito, my libido,

A deplorable, a snowflake yeah

Hey, yay"

Their missiles travel 2 feet dude. Do you live on the 38th parallel? No? Then you'll be fine.

Jesus, this hysteria is getting actually grating now.

Yes, these people getting upset about nuclear things is just so upsetting. Who cares what blows up on the other side of the globe, we are America! And people need to honor our flag or get out! Throw them over our soon to be built wall!

I can't believe people think Trump and his supporters are brainless haters.

They just don't know how to hunt & fish, that's why they are scared.

I will show the scared little libs, but they gotta shut up and listen. Just like their grandpappy would have shown then. And no, there won't be Starbucks or Panera where they're going...
