Whaley did make comments when he left about giving the new regime a gift with the extra 1st rounder from KC in next years draft. However I do believe that McDermot had the final say on the White pick because he's a DB that fits this scheme perfectly and obviously with Gilmore bolting to the Pats it once again became a priority need. I am with this. We have had two games to evaluate players on both offense and defense. Applaud for the work thus far. But let's all pump the brakes before we give any player a crown. In trying to get their analysis out as quickly as possible their staff is forced to assign grades based on the broadcast footage, which is ridiculous. Their system is a little flawed at times but of all of the analysis out there they are paying the closest attention.
