The gambling analogy is apt, given we're talking about a guy who managed to GO BANKRUPT INVESTING IN CASINO GAMBLING.

If anyone can hold four aces and lose, it's him.  He's already done it.

You're starting to sound like tibs.?

I'd expect more out of you than that, but to use your own words, we've got a guy that had some of his investments go bankrupt but he was able to overcome that and become a billionaire. He's had his ups and downs, but most likely learned a lot more from his failures than being a guy who invested his $10,000 in Microsoft as it was just starting up. You have to admit, he is getting things done.

No, I'm not.  My posts are based on rational, objective observation.

Gator's are based on how soiled his diaper is at any given moment.

When I have been anything but dismissive about Trump's personality or intelligence?

See, there's proof that you are sounding like Gleeful Gator! Seriously, I've seen you admit that he has done some good things mainly in reminding people of the proper roles of the different branches. He hasn't taken shortcuts but insists on following the law, immigration law for one.

He's so dishonest, isn't he?

This is proof that you can take Gleeful Gator out of the country but you can't take the gator out of Gleeful Gator.

Yes, but what his administration has done is not the same as who the candied yam is.

If he'd done it in Vegas, I'd agree with you. He did it in Atlantic City. Take a trip there sometime and you'll see he's not exactly alone in that regard.

Now you're sounding like a lib, touting appearance over accomplishment.

No, I'm separating them.  I'm not touting one over the other, I'm criticizing one and admitting the other.

I can do that, because I'm a rational adult, not a liberal.

Whirlpool cuts profit outlook due to Trump tariffs after previously praising them: report

But the network notes that the Trump administration's tariffs on steel and aluminum caused issues for the company. CNNMoney reports the tariffs raised costs for Whirlpool by $350 million and squeezed its profit margins.

The network added that washing machine prices in June were up about 20 percent from this time in 2017, citing the Labor Department.

He knows he's holding 4 aces and the other 3 cards haven't been dealt yet. All he needs to do is avoid folding and slow play the other countries. You don't need to have the greatest strategy when you have an AR15 and your opponent has a jack knife.

If that were the case, he wouldn't need to bribe the farmers or talk about releasing the oil reserves when prices are nowhere near $100 and there's no concern about stability of supply.

No, in this instance you are sounding as much like a lib as Trump sounds like a jerk.

Didn't he talk about reducing the impact of new Iran sanctions by releasing some oil reserves? I doubt he really means it. I think he might be just telling Iran that they really are a pimple on the world's ass and if they want a fight over this we are perfectly situated to give it to them. His 12b "bribe" to the farmers is simply to buy him time to battle it out with China.
