He's not breaking the law.

Only Schiff says he is. And Schiff is a proven liar.

Do you make it a habit to continue to believe people after they've proven themselves to be liars and traitors to the very republic they swore an oath to defend?

The law requires a whistleblowers allegation be turned over within seven days, it has not happened. Where is the allegation?

The ACTING official ate it. Why? Why is he breaking the law.

This is all a pattern, cover ups, stone walling, law breaking. This is Trump.

1. Yes, he was on government salary, if that's what you mean by "resources"?

2. No. And I'm shocked, shocked that someone would suggest a politician did this!

3. Ukraine provides dirt on Biden, and they get Trump's favor and that $250 million in military aid...

So essentially, it's not a problem for Trump to use Federal resources to dig up dirt on a political opponent?

99% of the people used common sense profiling when first hearing this story.  Just like the "workplace dispute" at Fort Hood in 2009.

Ah, Schiffy. You have no legal authority, oversight, or entitlement to the material. The President can declassify anything.

My "favorite" part?

Uh huh.

The question of why a "whistleblower" is monitoring President Trump's phone  calls (or  other communications) with a foreign leader is a good one.  Our intelligence community at work.

RICO indictments for a crude trading scheme?  Really stretching the definitions of an "organization"

Unprecedented?  Drexel Burnham Lambert wasn't that long ago.

My guess is that the unprecedented refers to charging a run of the mill trading desk and only up to the MD level with RICO.

Schiff lost all credibility. Those who still believe anything he says only have themselves to blame.

What's hilarious though is the concern now about whistleblowers when Clapper refused to hear multiple whistleblowers re: the FBI/USIC/Clinton emails...

When you're only outraged when one side of the aisle does something dirty, then you're not very principled.

Old news. That was many years ago.

Well, I guess someone was using government "resources" to ask the president of Ukraine to investigate Biden....

Quote

President Trump in a July phone call repeatedly pressured the president of Ukraine to investigate Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden ’s son, urging Volodymyr Zelensky about eight times to work with Rudy Giuliani, his personal lawyer, on a probe, according to people familiar with the matter.
