Not to turn this all PPP, but in VA our Governor wants to go to zero on gas tax and fund road and bridges etc through higher registration fees or other methods. His reasoning is with growing number of hybrids and electric cars, these guys are not paying their fair share of maintaining the roads etc. Kinda makes sense to me. And I don't know why, but in the last month or so, I've seen a lot of Pennsylvania drivers on I-87. They are very, very close to being as bad as the Vermonters. Middle laners. Maybe somebody forgot that roads and bridges were tied into MPG. There has got be a metric/number our there for MPG and quality roads & bridges. I don't think it is 50 mpg.
