Center snaps were a real adventure. You'd think they would have a true backup there who practiced extensively on getting the ball to the QB.

wypler is The backup center and he was available. Unless they didn’t trust him calling the protections because he’s a true freshman I don’t get it. Although he was the one they snapped it over jack miller’s head at the end

Buckeyes open at -30 over TTUN. Largest spread in the history of the rivalry.

Only two years ago, they were underdogs at home vs the same team. In that time they’ve lost 7 1st/2nd rd draft picks including 2 Heisman finalists. What a time to be alive.

Watch them come and play lights out. Between the point spread and the whole country wondering if they’ll even show up, Harbaugh will have them motivated out of their minds.

They’ve had 2 weeks to prepare ...  I wonder if they even had covid

Lots of noise out there about the league rearranging the schedule and having us play Maryland. Do you know if the sixth game needs to be a league game in order to qualify for the conference championship? Because… Texas A&M is available.

The word is that the conference will either find another game for Ohio state or modify the 6 game rule. They do have the rule on on out of conference games and don’t think they will change that.

That program looks broken from where I sit.  Maybe it’s a one off season with all the uncertainty,  but I’ve never seen TTUN like this.

Today is national signing day, and Michigan’s class has no idea who the HC will be past 2021. As if today Harbaugh is a lame duck. Who would sign there.

Starting to leak out that Olave tested positive for Covid, do not know if confirmed.

Would be out through CFB semifinal if They make it

Yeah I just saw the Jeff Snook report on Facebook (not again) about several starters being absent on Saturday. Apparently if the game is canceled it will not be rescheduled.   Ugh.

Man, I’m so nervous. It’s like we get about one game a month .... feels like forever since I’ve seen them play. Some guys  haven’t played since IU. As long as Harry Miller is not snapping the ball I’ll be ok.

I am hearing that Garrett Wilson was at practice yesterday and JSN just tweeted a pic of Lucas oil, so those could be our starting WR. Happy that QB1  will be running this offense indoors.

I’m not concerned about the team’s mindset. Even though last season feels like it was 86 years ago, there’s no question that in the building they are reminded of the Clemson game every single day. Add to that everything they’ve gone through to even play this year, and the fact that their team goals of winning the B1G and competing for a nation title are right in front of them... man this team must be so fired up.

I am concerned about execution. Like you said it seems like it’s a game a month and there’s a lot of uncertainty about who’s even available. I expect to see some rust in all phases.  That worries me a lot.

But, I remember back in the mid-aughts the mantra was “we have Troy Smith, and you don’t.”  I feel the same way about Fields. So bring it on.

Well Ryan Day is going to roll his team in at full strength (assuming Fields thumb is ok) as a 6.5 pt underdog ... a team that 100% believes they should have won that game last year. Don’t forget Wade’s post from August ... this is the game that has been on their mind for an entire year.
