2 Texas cheerleaders shot after getting into wrong car in parking lot

“Heather Roth, a cheerleader with the Woodlands Elite Cheer Co., said on Instagram Live that she and three other cheerleaders had finished practice when they went to a carpool lot just after midnight Tuesday.

Roth said she got out of her friend's car and opened the door to a car she thought was her own, but a man was in the passenger seat. She said she got out of the car and back into her friend's car.

When the man approached their vehicle, Roth said she rolled down the window to apologize, and the man started shooting.”

This is what happens when insecure and ignorant Americans watch too much Fox News, OAN, BREITBART, and listen to Trump and the NRA.

It is a non stop echo chamber that NO ONE is safe - and everyone needs a gun.

The right is creating and breading this sick gun culture.

Never ever vote RED.

I wonder what the statistical likelihood is of a gun owner with no criminal history being involved with gun tragedy (suicide, homicide, accidental shooting, threatening behavior, child shooting, gun stolen and used in crime, etc) vs the number of those who used their guns for legal self defense.

Safe gun ownership requires the owner to have a brain that is rational, clear thinking and of sound judgement 100% of the time. One mistake by the owner and they and the victims lives and families are changed forever. Problem is, people aren’t perfect and the gun is always waiting to deliver tragedy.

Another criminal gang member or wannabe gang member. These are the ones who are carrying out all the gun violence in America.

“According to the autopsy report, Teran did not have gunpowder residue on their hands. Officials claimed Teran fired the first shot at a state trooper. Officers then responded with gunfire. The report stated Teran had at least 57 gunshot wounds in their body, including the hands, torso, legs and head.”

What does this have to do with the gun debate?

Because we have so many guns, and because it’s easy for bad actors to get guns, police officers find themselves in mortal danger more often than their peers in other countries.

We are 7th in the world for police killings, right between El Salvador and Nigeria. Probably not the company we are looking to keep.

When police are routinely killed in simple stops like pulling someone over for speeding, you’re going to see them quick to reach for a firearm in situations where their peers normally wouldn’t.

Here, cops incorrectly thought they heard a gunshot so they blew 57 holes in a guy who didn’t do anything.

16 and 17 yr olds arrested for Dadeville mass shooting

16 and 17-year-olds aren’t legally allowed to have these weapons – there are plenty of laws already. Who keeps providing these weapons to children, whether it’s in Dadeville or Philadelphia or Chicago? The story is the exact same every single time.

Ban the AR-15's, AR-10, 300 blackout, Ruger 10-22, PS-90 and Stribog 9mm I have in my safe because these two kids got guns, illegally, and shot up a birthday party.

By banning those firearms I have in my safe, it will make gun violence in this country go away. It will make those gangs who are doing drive-bys and shooting up birthday parties... it will make them turn their illegal guns into LEO and stop any future violence!

Gunpowder residue is not seen on the hands. A GSR kit is performed.  The autopsy would not have the results of that report in it.

and at the end.

had 35ng/ml of kraton (Mitragynine) in his blood.

Several studies indicate that mitragynine (1) exhibits similar effects as cocaine (coca-like effects) and opium on the human body (Abdullah and Ismail, 2018; Wilson et al., 2020).

Ah, so if you do drugs, the cops get to shoot you up like a pincushion?

So his gun was fired.  GSR tests have come under fire in recent years for being unreliable. You can fire a gun and have it wipe away easily, you can be across a room and have it on you.
