Where would they play if it wasn't ready for the TB game? Don't say Toronto!

My guess is that if the project is running behind schedule, they prioritize the work to provide access for the smaller crowds for preseason, and channel people via the finished parts.

It looks like the first 10 rows or so of the 300 level has different seats than the rest of them. It could just be a different color or they might be missing the backs. Does anyone know any details?

Agreed...but it seems like it's begging for some kind of decor...I'd like to see some large action shot decals of the players, similar to those outside the Sabres arena.

I'm sure they're still working on the aesthetics. Once the major construction is complete we'll probably get more of a look at what the plan is for that.

I Know there are Duffs and LaNova locations in the stadium itself, but is there any truth to the rumor of Tempo putting a satellite location right in the offices?

Duff's will be serving Boneless Wings, not real wings. Real wings will only be served in the suites and club seats.

I can't imagine how many EMTs they would have needed on hand to rescue all the drunk people choking on the bones as they fall from the 300 level to the 200 level.

  • 4 weeks later...

Saw they where testing video screens this past week. A lot of concrete sidewalks being poured and black top being laid around near the gates. Black security fencing going around the Ralph. Neat looking parking lot lighting near the Pro shop. The pro shop, I don't know whats taking so long. Every time I drive by more "workers" standing around than working! I turned my alarm off as the sound of the backup warning peeping starts at 6am every morning. Get er Done!

LOL! Yes, as Hammer indicates the pictures are quite blurry, but here's a link to where I stored them on Flickr: https://flic.kr/s/aHsjZDPqJh

Thank you for posting these...better than nothing! I hope they are painting the new block wall they installed on the back of the 300 concourse and the concrete underneath the concourse as well. That would be an eyesore. Looking good otherwise.

Buffalo tv station WIVB is live at the Ralph now showing some of the improvements @ the top of the hour concession stands. Wednesday Morning WGRZ will be doing a story on the improvements

Here's the WIVB story, hope they get the video up soon...

People should be excited about this part....

The new sideline concourse steps to the 100 level that used to be nine-feet wide will now be 24-feet wide.
