Spending money helps attract the best and brightest to us and fills in the demand vacuum. What do you believe that doctors from other countries do for a living when they come to the United States? Do you think they work in medicine? Further, this massive influx of immigrant doctors that you are predicting... You realize that they'll need to opperate under American medical standards, and incur the same costs of training and licencing, and then the same costs of doing business that American doctors do. The costs that are often making the costs of providing care greater than the compensation for providing that care. The reason so many providers are turning away from Medicare and Medicaid patients. Medicare’s financial health is improving, according to a new official forecast that says that the program will remain solvent until 2030 — four years later than anticipated a year ago — because of the Affordable Care Act and lower-than-expected spending on hospital stays. Usually they drive taxi cabs, or something similar. Every country has it's own seperate accreditation, training, and schooling. If they want to work as doctors here, they have to go to medical school again, and go through our licencing proceedures. I say we require him to do a report on the # of birds in the world. But why stop there? We should also require him to provide a detailed listing of the entire phylum. Then, he will finally have a single competency. Something he actually knows about. Something he actually knows better than the rest of us.
