Williams, Shep, Bradham, TJ, (not Torrell Troup) and others will see their All-Pro potential come through (again)........Dareus, Mario, Spiller....SJ! I see this staff getting the most out of their talent.......Chan/Wanny left the whole motivation thing to the individual. Not good with some young players. I think that's probably more the 2014 season. I see Kolb playing this season while Manuel gets coached up, the coaching staff gels, and the new WRs figure out the NFL. If he doesn't, then they aren't here in 3 years & we're starting over yet again. Belichick wasn't a genius until Mo Lewis nearly killed Bledsoe.
