Sorry fellow Bills fanatics but this is reality. Without a QB, O-Line or a proven NT to anchor the 3-4 I don't see us competing this season. Enjoy the misery at the Ralph while I get to watch the Chargers play well until it matters. Sorry Buffalo fans but it will be another long season for us all but I have the pleasure of attending games where the home team wins.

Hmmm...I'm not sure you really understand what "us" is all about. And I think, for once, I can speak for the entire TSW board when I say really, nobody gives a **** about you being able to attend games in San Diego.

That being said, I'll wager my first born we won't go 1-15.

I was just playing around, I would give anything to be able to be in Buffalo for the games but flying back every home game is not something I can afford and giving up my season tickets was not easy. I wouldn't be surprised at 1-15 or 8-8 in all honesty, it will be an interesting season.

Way way WAY too early to tell, but I do feel good about these 3 home games that you have as L's:

CHI @ BUF L

DET @ BUF L

CLE @ BUF L

especially the Browns game, no way we can lose to them again this year, wtf.

Not saying 4-12 either, I'm just saying I'm not impressed with those 3 teams right now at all.

Sure it may not be a winning season but there's no way your 1-15 prediction will come true.

You're definitely not a REAL Bills fan since it appears you're a Chargers season ticket holder. Bills fans only support their team not others. The only time you should ever go to a Chargers game is when the Bills visit. Just to let you know I too live in San Diego and have been to many Bills games at the Q and one thing is for certain.... Most Chargers fans are thugs AND its employees treat visiting teams fans like garbage including myself. After a game I got heckled by a bunch of Chargers fans which is all good but several of its security personell physically grabs and tells me to shut up and escorts me out of the stadium. I wasn't even violent. I was like you got to be kidding me! In most stadiums that would've never happened. I'm sure you agree with that assessment because you've seen it with your own eyes. Please do Bills fans a favor and stop acting like you're a Bills fan because you don't bleed red, white, and blue but rather blue and gold.

This is beyond stupid.

There are MANY people that love the Bills and have to relocate out of the area for a variety of reasons. Attending NFL football games is EXTREMELY fun, and doesn't make you a traitor.

There was a kid that sat near me a few years ago that was a big Steelers fan. He always wore his jersey to the game, and obviously took heat all the time, but was good natured about it. He just liked going to football games, because it's fun. I don't see how he is a traitor to his team in any way.

If I moved to a new city and had to cancel my seasons, I would probably go to some games here and there if there was a new local team. I'd proudly wear a Bills jersey, but it's just always a fun time going to the game. (plus there's actually a chance the home team would score an offensive touchdown, which is nice)

1 and 15 Jake Locker here we come!

The Bills will find a way to screw up that draft pick though, probably select another running back or a safety #1 overall and continue to deny they need a QB.....pathetic.

With the same set of QBs and the worst Run defense in the league we won 6 (SIX) games....With the same set of QBs and a better running game and a better Run defense and most importantly with a better OC, I assume we can definitely win SIX games at least

We definitely have a shot to beat Mia (at Home), Jets (at Home), Jacksonville, KC,Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland,. That is 7 possible wins. In addition, if the luck turns around, we could beat other teams such as Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, @Miami etc.

The key actually is for our defense to STOP the RUN...I believe Nix has done his homework and bolstered that side of the team. Time will tell if that will be successful.

Hey smart guy I was a Bills season ticket holder and would have continued to be one even though I can't attend most games but I'm not going to keep giving them my money to field a losing product. I told my season ticket rep that I would decide on this year after the draft and I decided to decline them because I didn't like the way the draft went. I could be wrong and Nix could be a genius, time will tell. Sorry I like to walk across the street and see a game once in awhile didn't know it was such a big deal. I love football and the Bills. I would never wear another teams jersey or let another teams fan bash us but I thought this was a place where Bills fans can discuss the Bills and joke around, sorry for offending you nut job.

I agree with the bold. However, I live 10 minutes from The Meadowlands and have absolutely no desire to support the Jets or Giants. I'd rather shoot myself in the thigh then sit with those meatheads.

You post THIS and expect us to believe you're a "fellow Bills fan?" Rubbing in our faces that you "have the pleasure of attending games where the home team wins" isn't going to endear you to anyone on this board. You can save the "I thought this was a place for Bills fans to joke around" nonsense as well. The word troll suits you well.

Glad you gave up your season tix at the Ralph (if you ever had them to begin with) -- you probably sold them to fans of the visiting team anyway if you live in SD.

Wow, where are you people from? I grew up five minutes from the Ralph and have never encountered "fans" like you. Why would I lie about having seasons? Would that give me cred with the TSW crowd. I never sold them to other teams fans only fellow die hards.

What a bunch of cry babies. A dude posts something you don't agee with and you whine like reality show bitches. Get a life.

The Bills finishing 1-15, although unlikely, it is within the realm of possibility. I don't see that it makes a hell of a difference whether a team finishes 1-15 vs. 5-11. They both suck horrendously. The only difference is the 1-15 team gets really high draft picks and a little more leverage. So, when you're very close to the edge of really sucking bad (5-11) you might as well finish 1-15 and put yourself in a position to grab a franchise player such as Bruce Smith and O.J. Simpson (hopefully not a Walter Patulski).

When you look at the big picture though... there ain't gonna be football next year... and with a 1-15 finish, that puts the Bills in line for a top QB or LT. The beauty of that is that the #1 pick next year probably ain't likely to make a third of what this year's number one will make... because rookie salaries are at the epicenter of the NFL owners vs. the NFLPA. With the rookie salary scale invoked, now the Bills become might not be so reluctant to become a player in FA.

So... see... there can be a silver (or bronze) lining to a 1-15 finish

I don't expect a 1-15, but reality tells me 5-11. The whole defense is being re-tooled. That's gonna take some time. The offense, although virtually the same personnel is going to be totally different, which will also take time. So, I see the Bills stealing the opener from Miami, then an ugly win against Jax, a revenge ugly game win at KC for Gailey, an ugly win against Cleveland, and somewhere in the second half of the season the Bills suprisingly taking out a team that was looking past them.

Basically folks... brace yourself for another long season... just keeping it b]REAL[/b]

The only time I would attend a game NOT involving the bills would be on the bills bye week. While attending games are fun, missing a bills game takes away from the experience and is a waste of time.

Trooth -- you're smarter than this, right?

This joker (the OP) joined TSW a month ago. He did this why -- so he could start a thread where he tells us how much "our" team will suck, lets us know he has it better now in SD, and that he gave up his season tickets?

Come on, man. This isn't about not liking someone's opinion -- it's about calling a spade a spade. The guy is a troll trying to stir things up. And too many folks are biting.
