WORST Bills Player bang for the buck...

While it may be difficult to argue with most of the names on that list, giving Whitner an "Honorable Mention" and not putting him in the Top 5 is an oversight IMHO...

By and large that list does nothing but evoke nausia... :wallbash:

Thank you. Whitner made 4.8 milion, was barely a starter and had off field drama, but he isn't on the list? It renders the article to be utter nonsense.

Whitner Kelsay 1-2

You pick which goes where.

Kelsay actually had a good season. I'm not sure why there's such hatred towards him here. Maybe it's a reflex action based on the prior season (in which he played with a bum ankle for half of it). He was one of their top ten players on the team this year, in my opinion.

Mrs. Kelsey, please don't be upset at the fans. If your son wod accept a 4 million dollar paycut, we may have something nice to say about him. He'd overpaid and underproduced. While he didn't suck last year, he certainly wasn't worth his contract. Make him some chunky soup.

Hardy played in 1 game. Thats why he only had 1 catch.

So what? McKelvin made the list and he missed most of the season. (I think that is pretty bogus actually, as McKelvin has shown flashes as a CB. He's getting jammed up for the fumble, which led to our ineffective defense having to take the field and lose a game.) Hardy was a 2nd round pick that never saw the field because of the PUP status and then because, well, he sucks. He's the poster boy of bad value.

FWIW, he only got in 1 game because of the following: 1) he was coming off an injury, 2) he was lightyears behind in his development from the beginning, having never learned how to run a route properly in college (he said so himself), 3) he is awkward, slow, can't get off a jam, and can't beat single coverage.

On the other hand, he is tall.

What kind of a pick could they get for Evans?

Yep, thought so.

They probably would get more for Evans than anyone else they have on offense, probably by a wide margin. The perception of Evans is that he can be a gamebreaker, but since Bledsoe left, he hasn't had anyone who can get him the ball.

Sarcasm: the lowest form of humor.

Seriously, he had a good season.

The Front Office and draft selections over the past 5 years have as much to do with destroying this

team and any coach ever has.

2006 alone set this team back.

10. Ryan Denney - 2nd Round Pick. The 1st round pick that same year was Mike Williams, an epic bust

9. Chris Kelsay - 2nd round pick. The 1st round pick that same year was Willis McGahee, another wasted pick

8. Terrell Owens - Free Agent Gimmick

7. Josh Reed - 2nd Round Pick. The 1st round pick that same year was Mike Williams, an epic bust

6. Marshawn Lynch - 1st Round Pick

5. Leodis McKelvin - 1st Round Pick

4. Lee Evans - 1st Round Pick

3. Aaron Maybin - 1st Round Pick

2. John McCargo - 1st Round Pick

1. Roscoe Parrish - 2nd Round Pick. No first rounder that year because we traded it to Dallas the previous draft so we could take JP Losman

Anyone else seeing a trend? :wallbash:

Great observation!!!

We may as well trade our first round picks every year and acquire several third/fourth rounders in return. ----We seem to do slightly better picking 'sleepers' than we do with what should be 'obvious' players.

Whitner - my epic bust.

Take J.Reed off your list - he has been solid and actually blocks on running plays. I have never seen TO do anything other than run interference

If you're right, they should trade him.

But I think it's just YOUR perception. He is undersized and overpaid. Maybe a 4th or 5th.

The coach and front office make the entire list as far as I'm concerned.

Evans, Reed, and McKelvin don't deserve to be on the list. McKelvin was hurt, and left after one bad play that cost us a big game, so I'd have given him a pass. Evans and Reed's production were a direct result of the FO's unwillingness to do the obvious and build an offensive line. Before we give Rex Ryan and Mark Sanchez all the credit for the Jets season, look at how they built an excellent offensive line BEFORE they drafte a qb. A bad offensive line makes everyone look bad.
