I don't want Tyrod, I want to either see what Nate has or get a top 5 pick...end of story. A season with Tyrod will be the ultimate blunder and these guys better be smart enough to know it. Trade Tyrod for ANYTHING, see what Petermen has and then draft a Qb in the 1st and either 2nd or 3rd rounds. Have Petermen and your top 2 draft picks fight for starter and back-up qb position. Not difficult, it's really not difficult.

Petermen is not perfect but I have already seen him make throws that I KNOW Tyrod cannot/will not make. I did not think so today but I really think they might have to consider getting rid of Tyrod before the season starts if someone would take him for any pick at all. If not, I truly think he will be back-up before week 3.

I just hope Petermen shows accuracy again tonight. Just give us a tiny hope at this position and I'll be happy. The problem is that neither qb is going to have much time tonight to throw the ball. Who will have the quicker decision making skills is what I'm most interested to see.

The only person I care about this whole season is Nate Petermen. If he is not going to be the guy, then there is 1 goal in mind. There is talent on this team and the longer we go without a QB, the more talent goes out the door.

If he misses time in the regular season (which i highly anticipate), Tyrod will be due on the injury list sooner than later. If that happens, Jets might have some competition at the #1 overall pick.

The only player I care about improving each day is Petermen. If I hear good things about him getting better and he looks the part in pre-season, this season will be a success even if they only win 4 games. Go out and draft another QB next year and let's get this thing rolling. I wish they could trade Shady and Tyrod, get a couple more 2nd or 3rd rounders and then load up on the skill positions at the draft. I would rather see the future on the field this year over dead men walking.
