I also don't like all these media people comparing Mallett to a Ryan Leaf type of player. If LucK does not come out and there are question marks on Mallett, this could very well turn out to be the worst draft in a long time to have the #1 pick - this city is definitely cursed.....

I am sure there ARE plenty of good front 7 guys but my point is that I have not heard anything along the likes of a #1 overall pick......

No doubt, no doubt about it. Johnson can always get open which is the #1 attribute to an elite receiver. It is so nice to have someone like that on the team. He is a true # 1 guy and is only getting better each week.

Can we just put that in the category of ...."figures". So really what the heck are they going to do if Luck does not come out?

Fitz is so close to be legit but unfortunately he has proven time and time and time and time again that he makes that crucial mistake in the 4th. He is fun to watch though!

Cutting Edwards was the best thing this office has done in years. We would still have no idea about Stevie Johnson, Parrish, Nelson as well as the Oline if Edwards was still playing. Having Fitz play well enough to get this offense ready for next year and still lose games is absolutely PERFECT in my book.I don't blame Gailey at all for starting Edwards after the way his pre-season looked. He found out the hard way and I commend him for that....

Cinci, here I come - can you imagine?

I think the main thing to take away from this season is that Gailey is steering this team in the right direction. The D is dreadful so that is what will hold this team back at least another year...

This defense is still 2 years away from helping this team get to the playoffs
