Bills HAVE to make a trade if they want to make the playoffs this year. What's our strength - DT, what is our weakness - Guard. As much as I love him, why not trade Kyle Williams to a team with guard depth. There is no way this team can keep winning the the oline playing the way they are. Which team out there would take a pretty big step with the addition of Kyle (and can afford to trade a top guard)?

No what I would do, what TERRY should do. If they lose to MN at home, Marrone or Hackett (or both) will be gone during bye week.

I would take Rex as coach here any day of the week. As each week passes, the more and more I just think our coaching flat out sucks.

Listening to Brandon this morning, he was preaching that what this team needs is consistency in coaching. Let's pray that Terry does not buy into this as well.The only thing consistent about the coaching is how terrible it's been over the last 100 years. Orton is good enough right now to open up the playbook and why they have not done so is maddening.

We know Orton is not a franchise QB but I do believe he is good enough to get this team into playoffs. So what is needed to make that happen? The run game is the worst I can remember and that has to be the number 1 flaw to fix. Can the flaws below be fixed by September 2015? Maybe with the DT depth, Buffalo can make a trade using Kyle Williams (love him to death but we saw our Dline with Charles last week). I bet a top guard or TE could come back (or a nice draft pick).
