  1. "Well, for one, you seem to attribute any negative play that occurs within a half a field-width to him, even when it's obvious that it's not his assignment." Another terrible assumption. I only call him out when I see he's the closest one to the receiver and a play is made. I do agree that the defensive scheme was awful the last two years. Well, it's one game with a new team, we'll see how Gilmore does the rest of the way.
  2. Why do you think I have an agenda against Gilmore? I never met Gilmore and have no personal problems with him. Are you so emotionally invested in Gilmore that whenever someone says anything negative about him, you feel the need to defend Gilmore and make unrealistic claims against that person? My opinion on Gilmore's play on the field still remains what it has always been, he's an inconsistent player. He'll look good to great in one game and terrible in another. He's very good on intermediate range passes, but he seems to struggle with the deep ball. Gilmore's tackling issues have been well known, he seems to like to shoulder tackle players instead of wrapping them up. I also said to you in the past, if anyone can correct these issues, it's Bill Belichek. For the last two seasons, whenever Gilmore gets beat, I hear that it was a communication error with another DB. After hearing all the reports about how overly complicated Rex/Rob's defense were, especially the multiple times we've seen 10 men on the field, I can believe that it wasn't always Gilmore's fault when a big play was made by the other team. Now, with Gilmore being on another team and we've seen the same thing happen again, it's not just coincidence. Is it possible that Gilmore does a poor job of communicating with the other DB's? Is he misunderstanding directions/calls or maybe having a brain lapse?
  3. What makes you think I was talking about you in the first place? I said "there's a certain poster" and you immediately responded. Guilty conscious? I've called you out before and would have no problems doing it again. Like I said, I don't live on here and read every single post. I like football, it's entertaining, but there's more to life than football and the internet. You on the other hand have a superiority complex when it comes to people who disagree with your opinions.
  4. I didn't even mentioned your name and you responded, so you're the one who got your panties in a wad whenever someone says anything negative about Gilmore. Also, cut the internet tough guy act, it's embarrassing! It's funny, you say I'm always wrong about Gilmore, but yet I have the same opinions as majority of fans do about him. Guess we're all wrong about him and you're right?! You need to tell the entire Bills Mafia why they're all wrong! http://us.blastingnews.com/sports/2017/09/bills-mafia-destroys-stephon-gilmore-on-twitter-after-blown-coverage-001992243.html Nicholas Mendola ✔@NicholasMendola Oh I get to do the thing... 5. Right on cue! Making false statements? I'm just pointing out exactly what I see watching the game, while you make every excuse in the world for the guy. I also don't live on TBD like you do, I come here to post from time to time. This is just entertainment for me while this is your life, so don't expect me to go back and read every little thing you ever wrote. I have no personal biases against Gilmore. After one game, Gilmore looks the same as he did in Buffalo, inconsistent. He'll make some great plays and he'll get burned as well. The lack of hustle chasing down Hill I'm sure will not sit well with Belichek. I'm sure either Gilmore will get better and play more disciplined under Belichek as time progresses or Belichek will get rid of him (trade/cut).

  7. We'd have a certain poster on TBD defend the guy [Gilmore] to death and would blame it on everyone else.
  8. The Bills have been a poorly managed franchise for 17 years, so he was speaking the truth. Whaley made a lot of mistakes during his tenure as GM and it cost the team either good players being signed away or a very poorly written contract for a problem child [Dareus] with no stipulations on misconduct.
  9. That is spot on.
  10. You mean Prinicipal O'Shaughnessey?
  11. So, is Kato Kaelin Clay any good or just another TJGraham?
  12. I'm going with 4-12 with 3-13 and 2-14 being possibilities.
  13. Thanks to Kyle Williams for sticking with this team throughout so many changes over the years.
  14. I get what Gabriel is saying, but I just don't get what exactly McD and Beane trying to do. They say they want to win now, but in the preseason, trade away three players. Did they all of a sudden have a change in philosophy and realize they can't win now and should try to rebuild? If so, they're starting way too late and are doing a half-azzed job of rebuilding.
  15. Welcome back Jimmy, How have you been? Bills are a cluster f@uck this year. They're trading away players right before the start of the season, but claim to want to win this year. It makes no sense. They're stockpiling draft picks in 2018 (have two in each of the first three rounds), so they're planning on drafting a QB. It would make more sense to bomb out this year (like the Jets) that way the Bills would have a better shot at drafting a franchise QB, vice having to package a ton of those picks to move up in the draft (assuming there's a team willing to move back). What can I say, the Bills are the Cleveland Browns of the AFC East. Watkins is a broke dick (always hurt). He was going to want a boat load of money next year and the Bills weren't going to give it to him. P.S. - You were right about Wrecks Ryan, he was a bad coach!
  16. That's worse than what the Ravens gave Flacco. Flacco at least looked good when he had a group of good receivers and won a Superbowl. Stafford had the best WR in the game and couldn't go further than the first round of the playoffs.
  17. Whaley was good at signing FA's, but was terrible with draft picks.
  18. Those bad drafts along with this are the reason why this team continually fails to produce a winner: https://forums.twobillsdrive.com/topic/195696-ralph-set-this-team-back-with-his-trust-issues/
  19. Perhaps. I know I've been on the receiving end of those while on active duty and it's not for wimps. Maybe it would be a good wake up call for Dareus to get his act together and act like a professional.
  20. I hope Coach Wauffle lights Dareus' butt up with a good Marine Corps butt chewing.
  21. I agree he was a bad football man. I think if he would have left the on-field/personnel decisions to those he hired (GM/HC), he would of had better results.
  22. Hahaha, Ralph hired professionals to run the team?! Thanks for the laugh! If you were brand new to an industry and just purchased a large company/organization, wouldn't it make sense to hire consultants that are experts in that industry to help guide you along so you make better, informed decisions? Something the Pegula's should have done instead of trusting Russ Brandon.
  23. I first had this conversation over the summer with a friend of mine (before training camp started). While talking with another Bills fan last night at the Ravens stadium, I mentioned this to him and he agreed that Ralph set the Bills back by being an absentee owner.
  24. Could be. I believe Ralph wanted to win, but didn't know how to. He was known to have been a meddling owner on numerous occasions which is why guys like Chuck Knox and John Butler decided to leave instead of resigning with the team. So far, he's proven to be exactly that.
