  1. +1 Going into the season, I thought NE and Oak (with a healthy Derek Carr) would be the top 2 teams in the AFC. Now it looks like KC followed by the Bills.
  2. I hope Nick Folk is still with the Bucs when the Bills play them.
  3. It's a shame Folk blew so many kicks last night. It would have been great to see the "almighty" Patriots at 2-3. The Patriots were very lucky last night, but one thing is for sure, they are the most vulnerable they've been in many years (I'd say since they last missed the playoffs in 2002).
  4. I'm very impressed with Clay's YAC as he has a great stiff-arm to knock down defenders.
  5. It doesn't matter which Buffalo team it is, there will always be complainers. I remember during the 2006-07 Sabres season, people were complaining in the first two rounds of the playoffs that the team was beating their opponents by enough goals. Give me a break, whether you win by one point or fifty, the result is still the same.
  6. OPI and pick plays are the bread and butter of the Cheatriots offense.
  7. The last two years, people could say it was due to Rex's overly complicated defense. This year, there's no excuses.
  8. +1 Right now, everything is on Brady's shoulders to win games. Once Gronk gets injured (as he usually does) as well as others, they will look even more vulnerable.
  9. In the offseason and even during the open game of the season (Patriots/Chiefs), the Bills were getting bashed for all the players the Patriots picked off our roster. Last night on WGR550, there were callers saying the plot to have New England take our bad players has worked.
  10. So far, the offense reminds me of the Flutie led offenses of the late 90’s (just doing enough to win). I’m fine with that for now. Rick Dennison is still trying to figure out the best ways to use Taylor and the team is getting used to a new offensive scheme, so I know it’s a work in progress. At some point, the offense is going to need to score 30 points or more to win a game (Patriots come to mind).
  11. Anyone know how long Shaq Lawson is expected to be out for? I noticed a significant difference in the run game yesterday when the Falcons ran to the right as they had some big gains go that way. Lawson has been great at swallowing up RB's so far this season, I hope his injury isn't long term and won't linger on.
  12. The offense is still leaving points on the board, but they are still learning a new system and Taylor is still trying to build chemistry with his new receivers. Just as long as they keep getting better and learn Dennison's system, then I'm not too worried about it for now. At some point, the offense will have to put up over 30 points (most likely against the Pats).
  13. I'm waiting for the responses on how it's not Gilmore's fault.
  14. Game and a half in first place!
  15. The defense is the MVP today!
  16. It's great having a reliable kicker again!
