  1. Just can't get in sync with Zay Jones
  2. Another great job by the defense.
  3. Time for the offense to do their part
  4. Sounds like Jeremy White from WGR550.
  5. That's awesome! Glad to see Tre' having success this early in his career. I was very impressed with him on Sunday, especially after he got beat for a deep pass, he was able to knock it loose and caused the incompletion.
  6. The Patriots are usually have slow starts to the season. Right now, their offense is winning the games for them. It's possible their defense will improve throughout the season (I hope not). According to that article, it seems Gillislee and Gilmore are the new whipping boys. I wished the Bills would have kept Gillislee, but it didn't work out. With Gilmore and with any good player in the secondary, they are usually very hard to resign after their rookie deals as their second contract is usually astronomical. We've seen the Bills lose good secondary players over the years to free agency: Winfield, Clements, Byrd, and Greer, so it's no surprise the Bills did not resign Gilmore. Another thing I noticed with Gilmore over the years with the Bills is that he seems to have struggles early on in the season, but gets progressively better as the season goes along. I'm sure the same thing is happening with him in NE, which is what people who never followed him closely are finding out about him.
  7. The Roast Pork sandwich (w/rabe) is better at an actual Tony Luke's location (not at the stadium) than Di'Nicks (which is inside the Reading Terminal Market). We were up in Philly this past weekend and got roast pork sandwiches from Tony Luke's (on Oregon Ave) and they were very delicious/very well seasoned. And I would agree with Adam Richman on it being the best sandwich in America. +1
  8. How about Anquan Boldin? 😂
  9. I went to see Metallica at the Eagles stadium this May and by far the best thing I've eaten at any stadium was the roast pork sandwich from Tony Luke's (inside the stadium). The food at the Ravens stadium (from the preseason game in August) was bland. The food at RWS is good, but not great.
  10. Personally, I think it's disrespectful to kneel, do what Shady and Marshawn did, or not even come out for the national anthem. While I don't agree with what certain NFL players do during the national anthem, it is a free country and people have that right to do those things. I proudly served eight years in the Marines and I feel everytime the national anthem is played, it is played to honor all the men and women who currently serve in the military, those who have served and especially those that made the ultimate sacrifice. As far as this being a "political" stance, I think it is the wrong way to make a stance for change. If NFL players feel so strongly about this, then they should either attend or create protests, rallies etc... to bring these issues to the appropriate platform. While I am not a Steelers fan, I do give a ton of credit to the lone Steelers player that came out of the locker room and stood for the national anthem.
  11. You nailed everything right on the head. It was nice going once, but I don't think I'll be heading back.
  12. Way too early to tell. The Patriots have always been slow-starters and improve as the season goes along. Hopefully they are declining and are less invincible. I'm tired of seeing these guys win the AFC East every single year and being in almost every AFC Championship game. They've had an incredible run like no other team has done before, but it's time for their dynasty to be over!
  13. I thought the Bills secondary would struggle this season, between all the turnover with the CB's and Safeties, Tre White being a rookie and going through growing pains, plus the late trade of Watkins/Gaines. So far, they've been very impressive. Gaines and Poyer have been difference makers for the defense.
  14. You've got a point about their health. Taylor is the type that will only throw to a receiver that is completely wide open. It seems he's not willing to throw it into tight windows or to a spot on the field as he doesn't want to turn the ball over. For years, the Bills have had two major problems on offense, QB and O-line. The Bills will never be successful until they've addressed both. Another example is Chris Hogan playing with Brady.
  15. Bills had those receivers [Woods & Watkins] and they never had those results together in a Bills uniform. So, are the receivers supposed to throw to themselves? Hello McFly, it's the QB!!!
  16. What a difference a QB makes for players. Hopefully the Bills draft a good one in 2018.
  17. Woods is having a good night so far.
  18. Dareusworth. Such a shame, the guy has all the potential in the world and is blowing it.
  19. It seems the Bills have been flip-flopping which side of the ball is good. Under Marrone, the defense was good under Pettine, then improved even more under Schwartz, but the offense was terrible. Under Rex, the defense was terrible and the offense was good. Now, we’re back to the defense being very good, but the offense has regressed. It would be nice to have some balance on the team, but that all starts with the QB and having a good pass protecting O-line. I just hope Leslie Frazier stays on as the DC long enough for the Bills to turn the offense around.
  20. Bringing in punters for tryouts? So, punting was a problem yesterday? How about addressing the real problems and bring in RT's, RG's and QB's for tryouts?!
