My point is that in the last 2 Superbowls that the Steelers were in, the refs favored the Steelers. I'm not saying their calls caused the Cards to lose, but it was blatanly obvious with the calls they were making that the refs were favoring the Steelers.

The refs sure showed they loved the Steelers by waiving their own yellow terrible towels. About 50% of the penalties were legit. That roughing the passer call against AZ was horrible...how many times did Warner get blasted and there was no call.

The Sabres blew it big time in the 3rd period last night.

If I was still on active duty stationed in Okinawa, I would of had everyone beat. I remember watching the Superbowl Monday morning at 8:am (due to the different time zones & international date line).

That's what so frustrating about it. Both teams have die-hard fans, but the owners are completely opposite.

I've been to downtown Pittsburgh, The Strip district and some of the surrounding areas. Pittsburgh is not a booming city anymore (same with Buffalo). I usually run into people from Pittsburgh & Buffalo down here.

I'm glad P.J. Loswoman is going to be out of here. What a bust he was. We need an upgrade at TE, Robert Loyal is not cutting it. Same goes with DE, Chris Chelsea is not getting it done.

I've been to Pittsburgh a bunch of times and Pittsburgh is very similiar to Buffalo (Being an old Steel town, same style of housing, great places to eat, etc...) My point behind this thread is that Pittsburgh is not a big city, but yet they've won 5 Superbowls and are going to their 7th Superbowl. If I'm not mistaken, they're on their 3rd head coach in Franchise history? Why is it that the Steelers have been very successful throughout the years and we've been stuck in mediocrity? I know the answer, it's because of the team ownership. But it's just frustrating seeing a small market team like Pittsburgh be so successful and we continue to be a mediocre team. I wish the Rooney's owned the Bills as well.
