  1. Thank goodness for David Tyree! I'm thinking they go 1-3 with Janeane. Brady has always been a slow starter, so with him sitting the first four games favors the rest of the AFC.
  2. They were 16-0 the previous season and loaded with talent.
  3. +1 I agree. I hope Woods has a better season this year. It would be great to have two strong WR's behind Watkins, especially if Watkins or Woods gets injured at some point during the season.
  4. I'd wish the Bills would sign Boldin.
  5. Last season, Karlos Williams was the nice surprise, while John Miller looked good in the offseason, but underwhelmed in the regular season. I think with having a full off-season of reps, plus being able to throw more to Robert Woods and the rest of the WR's with Sammy being out due to injury, I can see TT taking those steps forward. I hope Brown can step up, otherwise, we'll see more of the same confusion as we did last season. If that happens, will Rex make the decision quick enough to have Manny Lawson calling the plays again?
  6. Every year, we hear about how great a player looks in OTA's/minicamp, but disappears in training cap/preseason; we also hear about how great a player looks in training cap/preseason, but disappears in the regular season (Trent Edwards and Keith Ellison come to mind). So far, we've been hearing great things about Dez Lewis and CB Kevon Seymour, but will they fit into one of those scenarios or actually make an impact?
  7. Fact: Area 51 exists Fact: Man who stands on toilet is high on pot Fact: There are aliens on the moon Fact: Bigfoot is real Fact: Elvis and Michael Jackson are aliens from another planet who went home
  8. Getting destroyed by the Pats, 56-10, when the Pats went for it on every fourth down. I'm still sickened by that one.
  9. While there are reports that Terry and Kim Pegula gave Doug Whaley and Rex Ryan an ultimatum to reach the playoffs or they will both be fired, those seem to be far-fetched as well as media driven. Let’s take a quick look at last season. While the offense improved from 26th in 2014, to 13th in 2015, the defense went from 4th in 2014 to 14th in 2015. With Rex Ryan being labeled as a “defensive mastermind,” why did the Bills defense do worse in 2015 compared to 2014? First off, let’s state the obvious, not every Bills player bought into Rex’s philosophy, namely, DE Mario Williams, who was saving himself in 2015 for his next contract. Williams was upset that he had to drop into coverage (even though it was a small amount of times), so he basically gave up on the team and tried to influence others to do so as well. Next reason, injuries to probowl DT Kyle Williams and S Aaron Williams impacted a lot of what Rex Ryan was trying to do on defense. Another reason, the complexity of Ryan’s defense. With Jim Schwartz’s defense, all the defensive front seven had to do was pressure the QB and stay in their gaps. With Ryan’s defense, it involves a lot of checks and assignments and it took a long time for those on defense to grasp it, especially Preston Brown, which is why Ryan gave play calling duties to Manny Lawson as he was able to grasp it much quicker than Brown. Even with all of that, the defense kept the Bills in the game in 12 of the 16 games last season. Also, let’s take a look at how the Bills could miss the playoffs in 2016. The most obvious way would be if Bills QB Tyrod Taylor gets injured and misses a lot of games. We saw how bad the Bills were last season when backup QB EJ Manuel had to come in for two games…they lost both games and Manuel was awful against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Another way would be key injuries on offense and defense as we’ve seen last year when players such as Sammy Watkins, LeSean McCoy, Charles Clay and Karlos Williams all went down at some point on offense, not to mention other players like Special Teams ace Marcus Easley and others that were placed on IR. Next, let’s take a look at the Bills owners, Terry and Kim Pegula. Are they the type of people who make quick decisions on firing their employees? The answer is “no” they are not, as seen with the Buffalo Sabres as well as their other business ventures. The Pegula’s do not see this as “year 16” as the rest of Bills nation does, they see it as “year two” under Doug Whaley and Rex Ryan. The Pegula’s are not like other NFL owners such as Cleveland’s Jimmy Haslam and Washington’s Daniel Snyder who will fire GM’s and coaches after a season or two. The Pegula’s believe in continuity as building a successful business. So, all the talk in the media about an ultimatum is just that, “talk.” While the media and fans have no patience with the Bills on continually missing the playoffs, it’s the owners that do have patience to see their project come to fruition. Otherwise, don’t expect major changes if the Bills miss the playoffs for a 17th straight season.
  10. I agree. I feel the Sabres have a very good GM in Tim Murray and he's been doing a good job of rebuilding the team. The Bills won't be able to make it past the Patriots until they either have a legitimate franchise QB (which I hope Tyrod can be), Brady starts declining or retires. Patriots are still the class of the AFC East (even though it pains me to say it) and will keep making it to the AFC Championship game every year until Brady starts declining or retires.
  11. Hopefully the Sabres will find a reliable kicker that doesn't miss extra point attempts.
  12. I posted the same pic of Fat Albert and he didn't like the picture. So when I replied back referencing the Peter Pan fairy, he responded like he was one of the moderators on TBD and said we'll see how funny it is when I get a one day suspension.
  13. Hey, you better stop it or you're going to make Kartman (cough cough), excuse me, Koolaid all upset. You better respect his Authoritiah!!!
  14. Okay Sister Mary Elephant.
  15. And the Peter Pan fairy was soooooo hilarious...👎👎😡
  16. Okay, the Bills finally released a photo of Karlos: http://fatalbert.wikia.com/wiki/Fat_Albert?file=Fatalbert.pngheyheyhey.png
  17. Hopefully Glass Goodwin won't break his ankles tying his shoes.
  18. John, thanks again for everything you do to keep us fans informed!
  19. Never cared for his music and still despise him for his attempt at buying the Bills with the intent of moving them.
