  1. Merriman hasnt played 3 years offcourse he's going to be rusty, his real test will come against the Pats* Also interesting is that out of 7 undefeated teams 3 are AFC EAST...
  2. Thx for your counter input Joe! It was destined to be a close one but the way it turned out was just crazy.
  3. LOL you have to watch this vid too:
  4. My feed was cut off before that... Guess I've got to write another nasty e-mail to Neulion...
  5. And you took the ride! O.o
  6. We were committed to the run so Merriman had an entirely different role today. Last play he got through with their LT making a big holding on him (wasnt called). Merriman his exam is next week against the pass happy Pats*.
  7. Agreed Wilson should have made a play on the ball trying to knock it down there.
  8. I know and have said so in the gameday thread I believe, still Raiders did write a manual for the Pats* on who our weak corners are amd how to exploit them. Changing up to more balanced or pass protection schemes will help some but I'm defenitely worried about how much that will be. Also when we really needed pass protection on the front today we failed to deliver.... Then again the Radiers o-line >>> Pats* hurt and weakened o-line.
  9. I'm guessing Rooseveldt up from PS if Roscoe is indeed IR-ed, resign Aiken to PS. Johnson wont be IR-ed unless it's like 10+ weeks.
  10. What agreat comeback and what a huge nailbiter throughout the 4th. First half was very one sided football by a far better Raiders team, 3rd quarter looked like the Raiders had come out in Dick Jauron mode just willing to run out the clock. Defense played well in 3rd quarter with a couple of key edge containments. Raiders switched back to their original gameplan succesfully, luckeliy for us Gailey his fixed gameplan for offense worked a lot better then whatever they thought to do in the first half. This has to be one of the best second halves of football I've seen; first half not so (too one sided to qualify).
  11. If our secondary looks anything like it has looked today we'll be KC and they'll be well... the Pats*
  12. Over dedicated to run protection and a terrible performance by our secondary, mainly McKelvin. Also props to Campbell who had a very good and flawless game imho. If our secondary performs like this against the Pats* we'll be shredded.
  13. Nah second FG decision was sound, first was a scared granny playcalling; should have gone for that first one no question about it.
  14. I'm sad to say 5 if I counted it correctly (throughout the game).
  15. wow WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW
  16. Big props to Spiller on that drive for breaking that tackle, he's great when he manages to do that.
  17. No. the secondary is looking weak... they havent prevented a single completion (ok maybe one).
  18. Holy blown coverage... how can noone be watching McFadden on that play...
  19. ffs, defense really let us down with containment of the edges again. Way too vulnerable to the draw plays, solid against the run in the middle, Raiders o-line > our goalline d-line. Don't understand why Gailey went for the fieldgoal on that 4 & a couple of inches either; should have brought the game back to 14-7 there. Raiders looked dangerous coming into the game and sadly they are proving it all... Huge missed PI call against Johnson too early 2nd quarter. Let's hope for some magic in the second half. Basicly we're 2 scores down, score a TD on our first drive andit's a game again. Really got to change momentum.
  20. Good grief, I so hope that mr. Wilson doesnt surf the web...
  21. Im slightly worried that an early setback will quiet the stadium down, no matter what, be as loud as you're proud!
  22. Holy cow, why is a whopping 86% against frisking the area from ankles to knees? In Europe you get a full body frisk (get to choose guy or girl to do it) at all events, very common over here and improved safety greatly.
  23. Offtopic, but this was exactly my gripe with Martin in Amsterdam, sensational on deep routes and in the endzone but seemed to have unwillingness to move towards the ball and/or fight for it.
  24. Mods can we please smack these mod beggers, eurhm, no this doesnt count... Seriously, dude, if you dont like a thread stay away from it. Nobody forces you to read stuff you dont choose to read, title says it all. Respect your fellow posters, let them enjoy what they enjoy posting about and you do the same. In end we'll all profit from diversity in topics.
  25. Then uhm he would have retired in 2007?
