Kawika has shown he can be an enforcer if he needs to be (Warner). Any Pats* scum even breathes hard on Trent I hope he retaliates hard and lays them out for a couple games.

Absolutely. And big deal, one lopsided win at home for a no-guts up and down team. Consistency is what it will take to win the division...you know, like the Bills have.

Nothing wrong with a little drama, I say. Maybe this is why mjbb64 has declined to post in the four years he's been a member here. You think of the great SB winning teams, and they all have a great QB. Yeah, you can also get a Trent Dilfer, but the ones that come to mind are Bradshaw, Montana, Elway, Young, Brady*. They don't do it alone, of course, but a team doesn't acquire that elite status without these guys. I think this is the hope Bills fans are pinning on Trent. He's so good, so young that we dare to dream he's the guy we could build a dynasty around. That's a lot to lay on the man, but, so far, he's shown he can handle it. Congratulations Kawika! I like his attitude in the interviews I've seen - confident, light but intense, and with a real down-to-earth swagger that I'll bet is infectious in the locker room. He seems to bring great veteran leadership and a hard-nosed competitive spirit to this team. After all, he's a guy who's been there, done it and has a ring to show for his efforts. What a pickup!!
