  1. You know, I don't know much about stupid video games, but why is Derek Schouman shown chasing Tomlinson on his run to the end zone?
  2. Ha! A bit long, but I could definitely dance to that after a touchdown.
  3. What I'm most concerned about for Tom is how this will affect his runway walk as he embarks on his new modeling career.
  4. I feel the same way. Hope Trent starts early and fast and spreads it around...would be really nice to see Evan catch 9-10 balls, instead of 3-4. Get Roscoe involved...would also help if Jackson has a big game receiving w/ YAC. I don't look for Royal to be much involved in the passing game, he'll need to stay in and block.
  5. I'll add a few to that list: 1. West coast team travels cross-country to play a 10am game against an up-start team that is 4-1 and fresh off a bye. 2. Coach Jauron is a great game-planner and has had two weeks to prepare. 3. After two road games and a bye, rabid fans hungry for a home game will rock the building. 4. The return of Trent and Roscoe. 5. Chargers have the 31st ranked pass defense. 6. Our pass defense is ranked 8th, which is good going up against Rivers. 7. LT is still hobbled and hurtin. 8. We're still number one in the NFL on 3rd down defense. 9. Norv Turner is their HC. 10. Bills are a very good 11-6 following bye weeks. 11. Marshawn is just coming off a full moon and should be quite beastly. 12. The Dolts may be distracted in that they have to fly to Europe after the game. 13. The weather won't hurt us/Trent this week.
  6. Agreed: Terrence McGee: Knee Aaron Schobel: Foot Melvin Fowler: Elbow John McCargo: Heart
  7. "Had perennial Pro Bowl tight end Tony Gonzalez embraced the chance to play in Buffalo rather than reject it, he would have found out what the late, great Tim Russert knew. Buffalo is a great football town.... But Gonzalez has no one but himself to blame. He crossed the Bills off his wish list. He closed his mind to a small town with a big heart." Hey, I like the sound of that!
  8. Really, it all depends on exactly how the KitKat bar was eaten. If it was cleanly broken down the middle, leaving one good half, it would be worth quite a bit. Scott Pioli is know to be quite fond of KitKats, and I suspect he might be willing to trade a disgruntled Randy Moss for one and a late round pick. Imagine how that would open things up for our offense! However, if McCargo simply took a big ol' bite out of the thing, leaving tooth marks and God knows what else, all bets are off. In that case we'd be lucky if Indy didn't sue us for attempted food poisoning.
  9. I'll temper my hair-trigger, defensive reaction to the idea of TG spurning Buffalo with the thought that, of the five teams reported interested (Buff, GB, NY, AZ and Philly), only Buffalo plays KC later in the season, and in KC to boot. Maybe TG simply didn't want to play against them so soon. Yeah, that's it...nothing personal against Buffalo or the Bills...
  10. Ha...of the 51,000 people who voted in that poll 89% thought Gonzalez should have been dealt for a 3rd rounder. What a boneheaded non-move. And if TG indeed did not want to play in Buffalo...well, it's your loss, pal. You'll play here soon enough and will see first hand what you'll be missing.
  11. Guess you're right...just getting a little anxious here. I hope Fewell can put together an effective game plan if he's out and Simpson's not 100%.
  12. Not stupid at all. Done.
  13. I'd feel a lot better about giving up a 3rd and a 6th if Tom Donahoe was still running things around here.
  14. Anybody have any info on him? I see he's still not practicing. I think he could be a key with Rivers looking so sharp lately, especially if the Dolts adopt Warner's success against us.
  15. I'd breathe a little easier if I knew for sure McGee would also be playing, and at 100%.
  16. Another reason why this acquisition makes so much sense for our team. How better for one of our current or to-be-drafted tight ends to learn the position at this level than from observing one of the best at it? Almost like getting a coach and a HOF player in one. BTW, can anyone photoshop THIS, substituting a Bills throwback?
  17. Do you think he would bite all of them?
  18. LOL, Lonnie Johnson never quite got the hang of it.
  19. I say send a half dozen Jills over to his place and win him over with some gentle persuasion.
  20. Is there? I know he hasn't played the Chargers yet this year, but I would think he could at least give us some insight in preparing for them. Guess I'm swinging way ahead of the slow curve ball, huh?
  21. Whew, with him around I'll never have to worry about choking to death on a chicken wing ever again! http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news?slug=ap-c...p&type=lgns
  22. Not to look past the game at hand, but I believe our divisional games will be tougher than some around here are thinking. I wouldn't be surprised if we split those six games...which, hopefully will be good enough to win the division.
