I hate the Bills !

Th bathrooms were awful at the ralph, its been a few years since I have been there so maybe they changed, but I remember a big long trough where guys stood and pissed it seemed like it was always half ful I think because the drainage was bad. Was so bad guys used to piss in the round sinks instead - NO class ! As a whole The Ralph is outdated when you compare it all the new stadiums like Dallas, NY etc. If the Tax payers could afford it a new stadium would be great but they cant !

Before we make the pick we have to figure out if we are a 4-3 or a 3-4 team and then commit to it, we cant keep switching back and forth. We need to draft and trade for players that play the scheme that we choose.

I like the idea for our offense the guy catches everything and can sky to grab a ball thats 10 feet in the air and come down with it. Think Michael Irving, or think of him as what the Cowboys got in Dez Bryant this year, an explosive player who can stretch the field. Lee Evens hasn't been excited since JP was here throwing bombs to him for a 70 yard td's. Its time for Lee to go. Roscoe is also on a short list of receivers that could be cut or traded, he did revive his receiving career, but his poor punt returns has pushed him off the depth chart. Trading AJ Green for Roscoe is an upgrade for sure. WR isn't our top need, DL is our top need, but we need to to be able to stretch the field and this kid will do that. We need to get a quality Ot then all the rest of our picks should be on defense if we select green.

Since Luck is not coming out and our run defense sucks the big one Fairley would be my choice, the SEC is clearly the power conference in the NCAA and plays good defense that's the kind of player we need on our team he is a pressure guys. I only see him getting better !

SO resign him for a million dollars a year for 2 years and then draft to replace him.

We know we are going to get rid of McCargo he has been a total waste of time effort and money and Stroud is getting long in the tooth, so we probably are getting 2 defensive tackles. The guy from Ole Miss who is a NT is a Quality player and should be on the radar as well.

Trading down is a science, it has to be done just right to pull it off. We have lots of needs especially on defense. I would trade down 1 or 2 spots if the player we want has already been taken (ie - Luck) and we have assurances that the team we are trading with is selecting someone else we don't want. Picking up a extra 5th round pick or 4th round pick will help us a ton. I liked what Mangini did a few years ago he moved down 3 times in the first round and stock piled several picks. regretably they didn't all pan out, but it was a good move. Bills Top 4 need picks as long as we stay in the top 5 picks. 1. Luck - QB 2. Fairley - DT 3. A.J Green - WR 4. Bowers - DE

IF Luck is gone and by all accounts he will be, you take the best player available for your needs. That would be DL players - since we were 32nd against the Rush I'd say our path is clear. Our Round 2 player should be a OT to help stop the bleeding. In the last 2 years the Jets( a team we used to whip) has 1000 yards rushing against us in 4 games. We have Kyle Williams and thats it we need more beef !!! Frankly guys like Aj Green dont come out every year, Id be ok taking him at 3 the kid is dynamic ! and would give us a great young receiving core with Johnson and Easley, then the rest of our draft must be defensive cept for a RT in the 3rd round.

I think we should focus on defense and our O line solidifying that will go along way. We need a mix of veteran talent and rookies. A Stud DT Like the kid from Auburn to replace Dud John McCargo and Marcus Stroud becomes a rotational backup. I still don't think we will be playing a 3-4 that much. 2 LBS - 1 inside 1 outside A DE - A RT - 2nd or 3rd Round A CB -

None of those guys want to come here !!!!

CJ isnt a pound it between the tackles kind of guy, he was supposed to be a Pervy Harvin/ Reggie Bush player. we need to Draft a RB who pounds it between the tackles, next season will be Fred Jackson's last in Buffalo, if we want to get better.

Fitz is a better Qb than Edwards or Losman were and he is helping us move in the right direction, but he isnt the answer. we need a Franchise QB, I Think Luck, Mallett and Newton are all capable of filling the roll.

I suggested this last week and everyone hated the idea.

We need to stop the bleeding on both lines, we need a run stuffing DT and that means the kid from Auburn or Alabama. We need a right Tackle The kid from Boston College or Wisconsin make sense.

There seems to be lots of Defensive talent in this years draft and we need lots of it. That being said if we pick 2nd and Carolina is Stupid enough to not draft Luck we absolutely grab him, no doubt about it. He would be a can't miss stud in the NFL and he can learn from Fitz. If Carolina takes Luck then we go Defense end, DT or try to move down 1 spot or two and stock an extra pick.

Good with the 2nd pick assuming this is correct if we lose next week to the jets ( Start Brohm) and jet letr him hand off to Fred Jackson to try to get his 1000 yards. We dont want to win this game because 5 wins really drops us from 2nd to a higher number because there are several teams with 5 wins thanks to Denver and Detroit winning today. We stay at 4 wins and we pick 2nd.

I'm thinking we play Brohm the Last week to see if we want to retain him for next season, as a backup and let him hand off to Freddy all day long. Fred need just over 100 yards for 1000 for the season. Which in a 16 game schedule isn't a big deal as people make it out to be. 60 yards a game is hardly an accomplishment.

This seems to be more of a Defensive Draft, I'd do after a DT and DE to replace Schoebel and Stroud who wont get a contract after this season, we also need a fresh Corner back to replace Youboty or McGee who may not come back next season and we also need a Safety to replace Donte who may or may not be resigned. 2 Linebackers 1 inside and 1 Outside, DE DT QB OT CB S TE Punter Kicker
