Game changing plays and attitude. The turnovers have really dried up in the last two games, and that ties directly to the absence of Milano and White. Plus, Milano would always be the guy to make a big hit that would just fire up the rest of the D....that attitude and energy just seems to have gone off on that injury cart with Milano. Benford is a good CB2, but without White, he is being asked to be CB1....something he is not quite ready for at this stage in his career. DaQuan's loss leaves a big hole in the Run D that the Bills just cannot replace. If the D was at full strength, the Bills would have won the Jags and Pats game, and the Giants game would not have been as close even with the O playing as inconsistent as it is right now. I hate that these devastating injuries have all but sunk the Bills chances this year....what a waste.

PATRICIA TRAINA New York Giants defenders Kayvon Thibodeaux, Dexter Lawrence, and Leonard Williams were each fined $10,927 by the league for their role in a second-half scuffle with the Buffalo Bills. Bills offensive lineman Dion Dawkins received a $10,927 fine. Thibodeaux, Lawrence, Williams, and Dawkins were part of a larger brawl that began after Latavius Murray rushed for a first down late in the third quarter of the Giants' 14-9 loss to the Bills last weekend at Highmark Stadium. The officials threw four flags, three on the Giants and one on Buffalo, the penalties off-setting one another. There were no ejections as a result of the melee. Thibodeaux was caught on camera lying on the turf kicking at some Bills players who were hitting him while he was on his back. Williams shoved an unidentified Bills offensive lineman in the end zone. That's exactly what we were saying before the Giants game!!🙂 I do agree with you, but nothing is a guarantee. If the Bills played the Pats 10 times, the Bills would win 9 out of 10 times, but there's always that one.

Even so, that’s still only 8 or 9 years...not long in the grand scheme of things.

Yeah, the team has been good for four plus years at this point....as far as I'm concerned, the team has established itself as a perennial playoff participant. We all just want the Bills to take that next step and make it to the Super Bowl and win it. After the Miami game, the Bills looked poised to do just that, but these last couple of weeks, thanks to injuries and inconsistent Offensive play, the team looks less likely to make that step this year, and it can be frustrating. Josh Allen only has so many "Prime seasons" left....the Bills have to take advantage of his talents while they have them, because this team could quickly slide back to "lovable loser" status once he is gone. Go Bills!!

I was actually mildly encouraged with how the D played without Milano, Jones, and White......of course they were only playing the Giants. we will see how they perform once they play a competent offense.

That was the worst officiating crew the Bills have seen this year....they should be relegated to officiating games like Bears vs. Vikings......keep them away from the Bills.
