And they should start with Brandon, even if he's "no longer involved in the football side of things". Best to completely eliminate the possibility of him exerting any kind of influence in that area. I think it would depend on if Brandon is truly out-of-the-picture on the football side. If he's still involved at all, then it's highly unlikely Marrone is gone, at least not this off-season anyways.

I think the more interesting question is if the Colts would've done it. They had already determined that Manning was a big-game chump, and Irsay wanted rings, not records.... so they were already looking to shake things up. 4 #1s and a #2 from one of the league's perennial doormats is ridiculous though, maybe they hold onto Manning & make that trade.
