  1. You can at least stop and get out, walk around, etc. I once spent 20 hours in a plane going to China. That was bad.
  2. My wife's family, twice in the last 8 years I've known them, do a week vacation in the Outer Banks, NC. Driving down, we will split the trip in two days, but the drive back, one day, between 10-12 hours with minimal stops. That's hard enough, I can't imagine adding on another 5 hours. Back in my 20's though, I did do two long trips, both overnights. One was Syracuse to North Carolina to see a friend run her last collegiate cross-country race. The other was Syracuse to Indianapolis to finally meet a girl in person that I had been talking to for months.
  3. For those that always seem to not get what this thread is for, what did YOU do for a game day routine that affected the outcome of the game against the Chiefs? I'll start... I wore no Bills gear, and only watched part of the game on my second monitor, while I did some stuff for work on my primary monitor. Even took a break from the game around halftime to get dinner.
  4. I'm wondering what he was typing on the one person's phone, was he giving them his number?
  5. We're another day closer.
  6. We have a couple of those for work vans. Definitely nice vans, you can easily stand up inside. I've seen some limo companies use them also as small party buses. We had one for my wedding. Here's the link to it... Sprinter — American Limousine
  7. I'll go buy his jersey, that way they'll cut him before next season starts.
  8. We're another day closer... to December.
  9. The current stadium visitor locker room is like that. There are lockers scattered all over, with no room to have a large gathering of players.
  10. Shoot, I must be late. Usually you don’t post till I do. Anyways… We’re another day closer.
  11. We’re another day closer.
  12. Week 6 - Bills at Chiefs We had Brad Allen and crew twice last season, at the New Orleans Saints on Thanksgiving, and the Wild Card round against the Pats* Buffalo Bills at New Orleans Saints - November 25th, 2021 - W 31-6 Bills 4p/35yds, Saints 4p/24yds Wild Card - New England Patriots at Buffalo Bills - January 15th, 2022 W 47-17 Bills 3p/47yds, Pats* 5p/34yds They also did one Chiefs game last year Las Vegas Raiders at Kansas City Chiefs - December 12th, 2021 W 48-9 Chiefs 8p/63yds, Raiders 9p/85yds It looks to me like the big games they won't penalize as much, hopefully this holds true this weekend.
  13. I've been thinking about that, doing variable point FGs, but based on distance, not hitting a certain part of the goal posts.
  14. We're another day... oops, sorry, wrong thread.
  15. I remember there was a thread during the off-season with the same pro/con arguments.
  16. I spent some time on the local Arena League team chain gang years ago. The ref on the sideline would tell us on first down to line up the pole with the back of one of his feet. So, while it may not be 100% accurate, it could be within just an inch or two. Next game you watch, on first downs, try to see if they have a sideline shot. You should see the sideline ref with one foot behind the other. You can kind of see it in this picture.
  17. Agreed. I work with Bluetooth, RFID and HID systems. Everyone thinks they should be able to pinpoint down to the foot where tracking devices should be, but they won't without massive infrastructure. And even then, I wouldn't guarantee it.
  18. Number of players. We see it all the time, teams are on the 1 yard line, so they hand off to a running back or QB sneak, and you have a mass of players converging on the ball.
  19. There's one in the Adirondacks, T-Lake Falls, that when you're at the top, it looks like a gentle slope down. But once you reach a certain point going down, it's too late and there is a very good chance you're going to slide down to your death.
  20. Won't work to the accuracy you want. I work with locating systems and you would only get an area the football is in, not exactly down to the inch where it is. Video reviews are still the way to go.
  21. I couldn't ask for another (uh-huh, uh-huh) No, I couldn't ask for another Groove is in the heart-art-art-art
  22. We’re another day closer.
  23. There's usually one person a year that dies in the gorge, typically a Cornell student that can't handle the pressure.
