    Kelly and I are getting in late Wednesday, driving out after work, so we'd be interested in brunch Thursday morning, or maybe a few drinks Wednesday night. We are even thinking of staying the weekend also up in Niagara Falls.

    Good question that I don't know the answer to. I'm guessing the 2% LOC would mean a higher interest payment in the beginning that would drop as you pay it off?
