  1. That hypocrisy has been going on since before any of us were born, Mr Sharpshooter. I guess you just happened to pick a time to ramp up your participation that coincided with the sudden influx of meatheads, sacks, pastas, and a gator who fired his mental pogo stick into hyperdrive. I'm sure the election had nothing at all to do with it. And besides - why do you assume I was referring to you?
  2. I must truly be getting old. I had to google Pepe. For anyone else as behind the times as I apparently am, here's an article: http://www.latimes.com/politics/la-na-pol-pepe-the-frog-hate-symbol-20161011-snap-htmlstory.html
  3. That's true, and it certainly isn't because of a massive influx of post-election spaz-attacks or anything.
  4. I don't get the symbolism, but I find this picture mesmerizing. So many questions, like "who/what are all the green people, and why is one done in the style of Picasso?
  5. Ooh, wait - I know, I know! Goebbels, right?
  6. That's good - it'll only take one or two good epidemics before there's 28% less traffic.
  7. Exhibit A my ass. Don't presume to know what I or anyone else might decide to do with regard to schooling children. Generally speaking, I don't have a problem with public schools. Like most anything else, some are good, some are adequate, and some are bad. Some parents are perfectly capable of doing a good job home schooling their children. I suspect the majority, while meaning well, are not. Home schooling should be an option, just like school choice should be, and there should be some kind of minimum competency exam for children who do receive their education at home. Parents should be the ones who decide how their children are educated, because it's every parent's responsibility to see to how their children are raised. They deserve to have that choice.
  8. I live here too. The economy alone is likely the reason, despite how horrible the traffic is.
  9. Hey douchebag, I don't have any children, and if I had, then you're opinion sure as hell wouldn't have anything to do with how I decided to raise them.
  10. That sounds like half the male population of Austin.
  11. Haven't seen that yet, but this was on Conan shortly after the election: http://youtu.be/DZbQtCtxAXM?t=1m9s
  12. Read what I've already said about the issue. And I will most certainly attack the news when they so blatantly describe something as being other than it actually is. It's no wonder we have so many drooling morons walking around, if this is the sort of thing that's supposed to be taken as gospel.
  13. Thanks for the link. The very first sentence shows the Times' bias on the issue: "In his first days as President Trump’s pick to lead the Federal Communications Commission, Ajit Pai has aggressively moved to roll back consumer protection regulations created during the Obama presidency." They were not consumer protection regulations, they were a federal takeover of the entire IT landscape.
  14. The difference lost to you is that the celebrity in your memes won the presidency, so what he says matters. The others not so much. I only made it as far as "the alternate statue of liberty". I was eating lunch at the time, after all.
  15. That has to be some of the most retarded $#@% I've ever seen.
  16. I have a better idea - why not just upload one of your songs? You've written hundreds, so I'm sure you've recorded at least a dozen or so. If you're that prolific a composer then I'd enjoy hearing some of your material. Perhaps you've done a song about a social worker striving to make a difference in a cold, uncaring world?
  17. At least you're not arrogant.
  18. We can't just blow it off because that's exactly what happened? It's only "upside down" because so many democrats are freaking out right now. You know already that most of us here who voted for Trump only voted that way because we were voting against Hillary. Dems & libs won't ever turn things around until they're honest with themselves about why Trump won. The rest of the nation is in the process of moving on from the election and getting on with their lives.
  19. In other words we've "moved on" to the same damned thing the left has believed for the last 30+ years.
  20. I figured it was just another iteration of the classic "keep the government out of my bedroom but allow them free reign in other peoples' wallets" dichotomy.
