I see something. A couple of times in the McDermott/Frazier era our run D has gotten so bad we couldn't stop anyone. Saints game in 2017 was one. Coach McDermott and Coach Frazier put their collective heads together and were able to fix it and we made the playoffs. A similar thing happened in 2019. I don't see why it won't happen again this year. He needs to fix both.

It's not that we can't run, we choose not to. The pass game when on works better, I get that. But it also makes us one dimensional which was our Waterloo last year. Also allows teams to do to you what Indy did this week and Jacksonville 2 weeks ago.

This kills me and I see it week after week. A team has third and long in the outskirts of FG range. The D blitzes. Instead of trying to get a few yards for a FG, the QB does a 5 step drop and gets sacked or throws a pick or whatever putting them out of FG range.

I agree. I remember when Trump was prez and the D's would rake him over the coles for saying allegedly racist things. Like the good people on both sides Trump comment for example. Here's something about the "dog whistle" that I can never figure out. I laughed when I heard this because it is all so predictable. Finally at the last minute they reach a deal or whatever to keep the money flowing for another 2 months. In a month and a half there will be much hand wringing and doomsday predictions and the donkey team blaming the elephant team and vice versa until at the last minute a deal will be reached. There's an election in 13 months and this makes for good fund raising.
