  1. Looks like he could still play.
  2. They don't? The Vikings kicker missed an extra point with 4:38 to play In the 4th quarter making it only a 3 point game as opposed to 4. The Clowns kicker missed a 34 yard FG. The Lions kicker missed a 29 yard FG. It's our kicker that never misses.
  3. Loved him being a QB and #21. With WRs and DBs and LBs now wearing all the good QB numbers maybe one of them will pick a number in the 20s. My condolences to his family and fans.
  4. The Bills didn't lose any of those Super Bowls due to luck. They got flat out beat by the other team. When your kicker misses a FG, that's not unlucky, its a bad kick or hold. Besides, the Giants had a much better game plan to keep Kelly and company off the field. That's not luck. Sure luck plays a part in football cuz the football has a funny shape and bounces unpredictably. And we didn't lose any games this year due to luck. In any of the losses if we had played better earlier in the game it wouldn't have mattered. Kick the FG. Knock the football down. Don't fumble the snap. Etc. https://www.forbes.com/quotes/6145/
  5. Agree to disagree. I think it was cheating and you think it was an honest mistake. Cool. Have a nice day and Go BILLS.
  6. It was a mistake by the refs. If the play had been dead and he ran out on the field to help the guys celebrate he would or at least should have been flagged. I've seen it called several times. Again, he was wearing a defensive players number. He was right on the sidelines with his helmet on and buckled while he was not in the game. How convenient. And do you think he doesn't know the rules? I'm not giving them a pass. It was cheating pure and simple IMHO.
  7. I couldn't care less about these propeller head "advanced" stats. Means nothing IMHO. The only stat that matter is Wins and Losses. We're 8-3 and tied atop the AFC East. We're doin' good. Its not rocket surgery.
  8. We're 4-3 in one score games this year. Not sure why last year's games are so important at this point.
  9. Even if he thought the play was over and it really was and he ran out on the field that would be a penalty.
  10. When I watch college football, I often think, it would be easy to block a punt in college football if you wanted to. The lineman line up 2 - 3 feet apart and don't block. The punter often runs to one side holding onto the football to do a rugby punt. The defensive lineman usually don't even rush. Maybe coaches have figured this out. Over the weekend I saw 3 blocked punts and a punter nut up and drop the football under a heavy rush over the course of 2 games. Friday night Fresno State blocked 2 Wyoming punts. One guy shot a gap while another came from outside. Then Saturday afternoon Oregon was going to punt. On the snap of the football, the Oregon lineman did not block and ran up field. The Oregon State lineman all rushed in. Too many for tyre 3 Ducks to block. They almost tackled the punter and blocked the punt. The next time Oregon punted, they blocked a little more but Oregon State was bearing down and the Oregon punter nutted up and dropped the football on his own 1 yard line. I'm wondering if we'll start to see more of this.
  11. This is what I think teams should do when a team is taking a knee and there is enough time left for you to score and win if you could get the football back. Kills me to see a team taking a knee at mid field with 1:30 to play up by 3 and the defensive team gives up. And a defensive off sides penalty would stop the clock.
  12. I'm going with the Pete Carroll coached him to do that. Wouldn't be the first time he's cheated. He's a snake in the grass. How do we know he hasn't done this before? Dude has on a defensive number. He's standing right on the sidelines with his helmet buckled even though he is not in the game. Instead realizing the "oops" he doesn't get off the field, he throws a block. All very convenient and and coincidental.
  13. I had t by e same experience when I drove from Costa Mesa to Palm Spring in 2004. The word on the street in Palm Springs was they were shut down cuz they were killing birds.
  14. Yeah, well at least he didn't pass out and have to be hauled out on a stretcher like President George HW Bush did.
  15. - Michael Brown was shot in the back with his hands up saying "hands up, don't shoot."
  16. Of course anything you delete on Twitter is held on to by Twitter. You can't delete anything on the internet. A bot has a screen shot of it anyway. Somebody even had a screen shot of a 16 year old kid's if it ain't white it ain't right tweet.
  17. This is what they need if they wanna win in 2024. A young, charismatic, relatively unknown candidate. Like JFK, Carter (not particulary charismatic but young and unknown), Bill Clinton, or Obama. These are the types they win with. When they run swamp creatures with baggage, they lose. Like Hubert Humphrey, Al Gore, and Hillary Clinton. President Biden is an outlier but I suspect President Trump had a lot to do with that.
  18. If she is suing him for rape wouldn't she have to prove a rape occurred? DNA on a dress wouldn't necessarily prove a rape occurred. Monica Lewinsky was not raped for example.
  19. Of course. Too much power and money to give that gig up.
  20. I'm with Tom. A platform like Twitter or FakeBook cannot remove everything that's not true. They just can't. Its just too big. Technology to do so doesn't exist. And besides, who determines what is not true to remove? Do we really want Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk and Google to be the arbiters of truth? Build out filtering technologies where an end user can filter out the stuff they don't wanna see.
  21. As long as we don't start a new drought this year I'll be happy.
