Robert Griffin III - should Bills consider him for backup QB?
reddogblitz replied to PIZ's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The QB position is the most important position on the team. And we want to Cheap Charlie on it for an inferior injury riddled product? -
How to sync the WGR app with the actual game telecast
reddogblitz replied to DBilz2500's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I worked with a guy in Philadelphia 5 or 6 years ago. He had some Gizmo he bought at radio shack that he hooked into his stereo that delayed something to sync it up. That's about all I know. -

The most popular guy on the team is the backup QB that has never played (or not very much). -

Are you serious? Dumping Hotrod to go with Robert Griffin? Even the Bills aren't dumb enough to do that. -

Should we consider the Chargers game history as well? History says Hotrod plays well vs Fish. -

You're starting to sound like a one trick pony. -

I'd rather sign Colin Kaepernick. -
Looks like you've switched from La Via Strangiatto to Today's Tom Sawyer. Earlier you said you wanted him to play as a science project.

I do. When Ii read stuff like this on here I'm reminded of the movie where Jack Nicholson yells at Tom Cruise or somebody, "YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH". I would paraphrase that for Bills fans such as yourself "YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE PLAYOFFS". Here we have a real shot (65% on some playoff sites) to end this drought thing in less than 3 weeks. But instead of moving all the chips int he center of the table and going for it, you prefer to treat the playoff stretch run as an extended pre season and play a guy that makes horrible decisions and multitudes of rookie mistakes. F$ck next year. Lets's win this thing and worry about next year next month (or the month after that ).

Ok, let's go with mr38.7rate instead. You do realize that Nate's best career outing is 66 yards, right?
-
EVEN IF NASTY Nate plays the last 3 games, we won't know if he's THE GUY or not. He'll do more bad stiff and some good stuff. The reason he hasn't played a full game yet is because he makes bad decisions. Throwing ducks up for grabs like it's a Division II spring game and diving into tacklers head first. Might as well try to win and end the drought while we have the chance. We may not next year.

Thanks. Now I don't have to pay attention during the FA period or watch the draft. Hopefully the FA vet is Colin Kaepernick. Can't you just wait 3 more weeks unless we're preparing for a playoff game? The regular season is not just an extended pre season.

Marshall Faulk, 2 others suspended from NFL Network.

Seems in this day and age where everyone has a cell phone with video and audio recording at the touch of a button, this stuff should be easy to prove. There has to be some middle ground between yes, men (and women) can't do this kind of stuff, and someone coming out 10 years later and saying (s)he pinched me on the butt and the accussee has to quit or be fired. -
god is going to tell Kirk where to play next year and everybody knows god Hates Buffalo (and the Bills).

Indeed, Russell Wilson is a fantastic QB. I wish we had drafted him. His defense in 2016 was WAAAAAAAAAAAAY better than ours. I suspect that probably contributed to the outcome of the game as well.

Bills absolutely must try to improve the QB position in the off season. But it's not off season yet. The lack of comeback ability is a huge concern for me as well. But he's not nearly as bad as you make him out to be. You dwell on the bad and won't even acknowledge the good. But you were just flat out wrong. The Fish game was better. Just admit you were wrong. Not a big deal.

Oh, he played a better game after that. The Christmas Eve Fish game he was 26 of 39 for 329 Yards and 3 TD passes. Oh, and that measly 25 points was scored on one of the best Ds in the NFL. In fact only one other team scored more than 25 against them all season. The Arizona Cardinals with 34. Tommy only got 24 in a losing effort. But don't let me interrupt a good rant. Rant on ...

A Few Thoughts About the Colts Game
reddogblitz replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This is what pre season is for. Right now, we're trying to win games. I disagree. They "enhanced" the broadcast in the Army Navy game and it was atrocious. The first down lines were showing up on top of players. Same with the yard line numbers they Super imposed. I am thought it was cool they didn't do all that stuff. WOuld have been great if announcers had said what yard line they were on give or take though. -
Anybody catch the end of the Jax Seahawks game?
reddogblitz replied to GG's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I don't think a team has to accept it if they don't want to. I've wondered for years why a team doesn't have some guy try to guess the snap count and jump over and hit the QB to make him fumble. Something like that. If you guess wrong it's a penalty. Oh well. It's just one of the unwritten football rules I guess. But I think it's dumb.
