  1. ok, so buffalo has a billion holes. denver gave up their second, third, and fourth round pick, so ostensibly we'd have to have given up more than that. and you guys are saying we should have outbid denver?
  2. maybe you were thinking about me when i said 'if we pick tebow @ 9 i'm becoming a fan of another team'?
  3. you don't need 3 years to see that volmer was a stud last year. he completely shut down freeney in the indy/ne game.
  4. explosive playmaking ability. can play multiple roles/positions. good pick. but man, we've got a lot of holes in this team.
  5. spiller can play the 'percy harvin' role .. playing in the slot, out wide, etc
  6. hopefully charles scott (i think? the guy from usc) is still around come the 2nd
  7. well, at least we're not jacksonville.
  8. schefter says spiller it is.
  9. wait, wasn't it jon gruden who was 'in love' with jeff george? i'm pretty sure he said that.
  10. i feel strangely excited, also. i can't wait.
  11. there's no way the hype train lets tebow get drafted in the third round. i don't think there's any chance he's not taken in the first or second.
  12. if we take tebow @ 9, i'm becoming a fan of another team.
  13. i'm curious as to what pat williams and ted washington's 40 times were.
  14. any wr or rb @ #9
  15. i think he's going to do pretty good in philly. their system seems to fit his style more than detroit's.
  16. i wouldn't bet on jackson making the team.
  17. did anyone see the georgia tech/miami game? morgan didn't look good at all.
  18. that's true, but in this case, i'm sure NE would utilize Lynch to his full potential. He's not washed up in any way, he's just a moron.
  19. hell no. there should be a rule posted in every front office- "DONT TRADE WITH NEW ENGLAND". how do you think they've remained at the top this whole time? dumb teams trading with them. see: buffalo, drew bledsoe seattle, deion branch etc, etc
  20. actually, re: his salary, most of his contract was paid up front.. the remaining contract money isn't that bad.
  21. wow, imagine that. a player on a bad offense has a low ranking. receivers depend on their quarterbacks.. and last year our quarterbacks were terrible.
  22. all i remember of him was during the gator game last year. tennessee was down big, and had to pass to get back in the game, but tennessee kept running the ball (and eventually did get close.. due to the running backs). to his credit, though, it looks like his play picked up greatly after that game.
