With there first round picks Chan in Buddy both have stated they want a player who has been effective for all 4 years of college. That being said I think they shy away from Stanford's Junior Tackle Jonathan Martin, He has quickness issues and may have luck better playing on a line with David DeCastro and in front of Luck.

There are some players like Kelsay, Dwan Edwards, and Spencer Johnson, Brad Smith that are eating up some cash to be used on both. Going to the 4-3 Dwan is expendable Spencer Johnson is getting old and while he is a good 4-3 alternate we have heard and troupe (who could also walk) and carrington can play inside while I like kelsay he is 32 and overpaid he can go to keep these 2 Brad Smith needs to show something for that 16mil contract Theres money there to make these deals happen

When Kelsay was able to put his hand down last year he played exceptionally well, the whole LB thing was a disgrace. It was Buddy and Chan that decided to give him that contract, doubtful that he is let go.

would like to see them both finish there careers in Buffalo....tough question as we have struggled to obtain talent in the past its a shame to see them go. Ink Levitre...as IMO it is more important to have a rock solid line then a free safety, It seems easier to obtain depth at safety then guard. We have Wilson and Searcy looked promising. A stud on your front line offensive or defensive makes everyone behind them better.hopefully i wont have to but I'd have to say buy buy Byrdie.

Bell is the only LT on the market and hasn't been offered anything yet, dont know why he hasn't given up and come back home. All free agent WR's that are better than what we already have have been signed. With our history of signing street free agents during the season due to injury its a good idea to saves some space on that cap. So we are done until after the draft.

Reiff was weak at the combine, Mike Adams lack of Athleticism may make him a RT, Jonathan Martin is a reshirt Junior (Buddy and Chan like players who have preformed at a high level for 4 years when drafting that high). There is a lot of question as to what value you are getting with the number 10 pick, there is a large crop of tackles in the draft, the question is can we trade back, who falls to us at #10( If CB Claiborne or WR Blackman or WR Floyd then we may be smart to take one). Then its a matter of can we get a quality LT in the second round or can we trade back into the end of Rnd 1.

He is good but i believe his stock in the draft dropped after he had some marijuana related issues, originally he was a top 10 talent. Other than that he fits the Buddy and Chan mold... SEC, big, and versatile as it has been seen he might be able to convert to safety.

agreed... Bell can compete with the new guy at LT and Hairston can focus on RT behind Pears. When and If Bell gets hurt Hairston can back up both, or play LT if the new guy isnt ready or if he is hurt to. Worst case scenario we will have some good depth at tackle. Bell is to injury prone to be relied on, which is why he is not being offered starting LT money anywhere.
