  1. ----------------------------------------------------- I BIG NO to Michael Floyd in round 1. Huge yes to either Stephen Hill or Alshon Jeffery if one of them is there for our second pick.
  2. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If they can't get Kalil anyone except an offensive tackle. After Kalil there isn't an offensive tackle without a huge weakness. That's why draftniks are saying an offensive tackle at pick 10 is a huge reach. None of the tackles except Kalil warrant being picked that high. Buffalo has blown so many first picks in the past they might as well screw up another one. Anyone of those tackles is probably no better than the guy they didn't re-sign, Demetrius Bell. LOL Buffalo is just a farm team for the rest of the NFL, especially Philly. Buffalo loves to develop left tackles for the Eagles.. LOL Peters and now Bell.
  3. Cordy Glenn isn't even rated very high. If Buffalo doesn't take him he will still be available in the 2nd round. He's not 1st round material. Analysts say he won't make it as a left tackle and will have to move to guard or right tackle. If you draft this clown and move him to guard, why wouldn't you just draft Dave DeCastro who draftniks are saying is the best guard prospect in 10 years. They think DeCastro will be a perennial pro bowler in the NFL. But with Buffalo's reputation of BLOWN 1st round picks, I wouldn't doubt those numbnuts draft Glenn. The entire front office and their scouts should all be fired. They are about as usefull as two teats on bull.
  4. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ With the 3rd pick in the draft if the Vikings didn't make a selection I think the entire front office would be FIRED right there on the spot. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sell the farm, farming sucks. Having kids is overated, dump the little b------ds while you can still get something for them. I'd rather have Kalil on the team.
  5. ============================================================================================================= You're right, Cleveland isn't going to give up picks to move up to get Tannehill. Why should they give up picks? If Tannehill falls to them they MAY POSSIBLY take him. But if he doesn't they have a great running back that they want just as much or more. They aren't going to throw draft picks away. I wouldn't go by anything beerballs says, he doesn't know jack _____.
  6. I didn't mean to make you cry, I was just stating facts to bring some Bills fans back down to reality. One player doesn't turn a perennial loser into a championship team. It's not basketball where a Michael Jordon can dominate another team. The Bills haven't made the playoffs this entire century. They need a LOT of help. Let's face it, the Pats are light years ahead of us, we need a lot more talent to catch them. They were one missed catch away from another ring. The Pats have been good for so long it's sickening. I can't remember when they were bad, I think the last time they were bad the NFL was still using leather helmets.
  7. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Maybe he's Ralph Wilson's grandson. LOL If so, he would start immediately. Ralph makes the decisions, that's why the Bills stink every year.
  8. =================================================================================================================== You're right, but I think you are not getting what we are saying. We would be giving our number 1 pick along with a couple of our mid rounders to switch spots. They would still have a number 1 pick just not as high. If they don't want to gain a 3 and 4 to switch spots, then you are back to where you were, no harm no foul. At ten they would still get a pretty good player, it's not like they would be going all the way down to the 20th pick. A lot has to do with how they have players rated on their board. If they are not real high on a certain player and feel there are players that will be there at 10 that they like just as much, they may want to add two more picks. If they feel uncomfortable with the players that would be there at ten they won't do it. We have no way of knowing the grades they gave to players on their board. It may or may not be possible, doesn't hurt to ask and find out.
  9. =========================================================================================== Well you have to realize the Bills fans haven't seen a decent quarterback since Jim Kelly, that was almost 20 years ago. Any quarterback that can throw a five yard completion looks like Peyton Manning to them.
  10. Yeah, but we would score everytime we got the ball. As long as the defense could hold the other team once in a while we would 3 point them to death. And maybe once in a while our offense could score a touchdown. I think if you could score everytime you get the ball you would win a lot of games, unless your defense is absolutely terrible. (Ewww, looking at the Bills defense in 2011, yeah, they are terrible. You would need an average or a little below average defense for my theory to be successful. Looks like it wouldn't work with the Bills "D". They are worse than the worst. The other team scores everytime they get the ball.
  11. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I LOVE your idea but I don't think the Vikings would give up the third over all pick in the draft without getting our 2012 1st rounder as part of the package. The offensive and defensive lines would certainly be dominant for long, long time. Adding Kalil and DeCastro to Levitre, Wood, and either (Pears or Hairston) would be sick. Even Fitz would look good behind that line. I believe the trenches are the MOST IMPORTANT part of a team. You build your lines first, I call it laying the foundation. The guys in the trenches determine how good your skill players will look. A great offensive line will make the backs and quarterback look better than they are. On the other side of the ball your defensive line determines how good your linebackers and defensive backs will look. Like they say, it all starts up FRONT. Great idea, but I don't think the trade would be possible. But man, what an offensive line the Bills would have!!! If Decastro and Kalil pan out as predicted, future pro bowlers, you would have at least 3, and maybe 4 of your lineman going to the pro bowl every year.
  12. Harry Potter?????????????? As long as that kicker had a strong enough leg that he could kick 99 yard field goals with 99.9% accuracy, I would I would sign up for that.
  13. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- See, we would all make better GMs than we currently have. Look at all these different trade scenarios the posters came up with. Imagination and a willingness to try and do something. But we all know down deep our front office is just going to stay pat with the 10th selection and pick an offensive tackle, (Reily Reiff or Jonathin Martin). Or even worse, trade down for a draft choice that isn't worth trading down for. I wouldn't go lower in the first round if I couldn't gain at least a 1st or 2nd rounder. I hope Buddy isn't dumb enough to trade down for a 3rd or 4th round pick.
  14. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ I agree with you, if the Vikings don't take Kalil and he falls to the 5th, 6th, or 7th pick, I would be on that phone working my butt off. I think you might have a shot of going from 10 to 5 for giving up our 3rd and 5th pick along with our first. If he falls to 7 the chances are real good you could get to that slot farily reasonable. I doesn't hurt to ask, the worst that could happen is they say no. If I couldn't move up to get Kalil I would try to trade down and see if I could get an additional 2nd rounder. I wouldn't trade down to gain a 4th rounder, a 3rd rounder would be the least I would take to trade down. 4th rounders are long shots to become starters, so I wouldn't trade down for a 4th rounder.
