  1. The logo pumping part looks like the buffalo has gas.....its pumping the animals stomach...lol. You should move the pumping to the buffalo's chest area. Other than that, it's an awesome video.
  2. They discuss packing it in deep and hard..
  3. I knew that would draw a flag.
  4. Well in that case, I'll have a Blue Light.
  5. No. Gailey(Head Coach) - **** Wannstedt(Assistant Head Coach) - *** Edwards Defensive Coordinator - Major Get it?
  6. I'm perfectly happy that it is not being acknowledged. Let people watch the games with dumb looks of astonishment on their faces and then we can watch them start jumping on the bandwagon.
  7. I never said anything about an issue between Gailey and Wannsedt. And I am well aware of the misguided notion that Wannstedt is the defacto defensive coordinator. He came here knowing his role (LBs coach/asst. head coach). I just meant there is no need to worry about a coaching controversy.
  8. Wanny will definitely have an effect. He'll make sure that the linebackers are in the right place. He will also be a good field general. Think of Wanny as a 3 star general and Gailey as a 4 star general. The idea that there is some kind of power struggle is way overblown.
  9. The run D will be a pleasant surprise for us. A lot of people mentioning Dareus, Merriman and Williams, but the effect of guys like Edwards and Caringtion will also be noticeable. This unit is looking down right dominant.
  10. I really think Bell's biggest problem is mental preparation. He has gone up against some of the best pass rushers in the league and performed very well and very poor. He did get schooled in the preseason against Denver, but he is still pretty good. His inconsistency is what hurts him and that just boils down to confidence and mental preparedness. I think he just needs to string together a few good games and he will just get better. Remember that he was placed into the LT spot as a project and he has had to learn a lot. He's got talent but is still trying to figure out what to do with it. It's been an uphill battle learning a new position and battling through injury. Gailey, providing him with some competition this off season is only a motivational response to his performance on the field. He will be fine. He was last year though he did leave room for improvement. I say he improves.
  11. TSOPRANO365.....lol. That was funny.
  12. Well tennesseeboy, it's good to see you are not a complete downer Your assessment seems fairly close but I am expecting some serious improvement by our D and even a moderate improvement by the O. This spells big trouble for KC IMO. This could be a run away game and I think the Bills will look very dominant in this one.
  13. Last year Heard looked slow and didn't get a good push, but his game has really improved this year. He has been very disruptive. It's really good to see this
  14. OMG.....that was hilarious
  15. Their OL is in worse shape than ours. They have no choice but to run the ball. If they try to come out passing, Merriman, Williams, Dareus and Edwards will make them look real bad. The game has all the makings of a blow out. They lost their top TE who was very much Cassel's safety valve in the passing game last year. They will run the ball to keep the game close or they will be destroyed. Even if they run the ball, I still can't imagine them winning. This game will be won in the trenches and I think we have the edge with our revamped defense. They also looked very weak defending the run in preseason and if we get our own run game going and set up for the pass, this game won't even be close. They have a good pass rush, but aside from that, I think they have a mediocre team all around.
  16. Uh, the value of the team has gone down the last couple of years. How do you figure? That doesn't sound like maximizing the teams value to me.
  17. Title of thread sucks. Either you love them or you don't. There are no "ifs", "ands" or "buts".
  18. I agree. KC struggled throughout the preseason stopping the run. Take advantage. Run to set up the pass. If we can be successful running the ball, this game won't even be close.
  19. All of the additions during this off season will certainly improve this defense. The run D got a big boost. But Merriman really is the X-facter with this defense. We improved the D and getting Merriman back healthy is what makes the defense not just good but dominant.
  20. Naw......that was one of the four out of five. That's why he said he nailed that one.
  21. This is probably much closer to being correct. Stevie's agent wants guaranteed money and the Bills want a prove it or lose it contract. The actual dollar amount may or may not be the issue. Of course this is all speculation and none of here really knows what is going on behind closed doors. I do have every confidence that we will be seeing SJ on the field for at least the next couple years.
  22. Williams, Merriman and Dareus all would be happy to take a crack a Cassel.
  23. What are you going to say about your intelligence when they actually do go to the playoffs?
  24. I honestly think the defense really brings some heat and keeps our offense on the field a lot. Bills 20 KC 6 The media writes it off as first game jitters for the Chefs, the odds makers predict Oakland to win by 3 pts the following week. Week two the Bills handily beat the Raiders and still no one is paying attention. Week 3 the Bills slip completely under the radar and host NE. Brady is running for his life the whole game and the Bills crush NE 33-7. Still the media doesn't recognize that the Bills are really good and instead focus on NE and talk about how far the mighty Patriots have fallen. It isn't until half way through the season that anyone really realizes that the Bills have a dominant defense and the offense just keeps improving each game. By then, it's too late. A fired-up Buffalo Bills team goes on to shock the league by not only beating NE, but also winning the division. Now the media is falling all over themselves trying learn as much as they can and the smug ESPN "Experts" start blathering on about how they knew the Bill's could do it all along. A little over the top?
