I'm not the biggest O-line guru around but I also noticed that most of the run production was kept to the left side after the O-line shuffling. This does concern me as we have to ask ourselves did Pennington really get acclamated or tested at his position? I'd say it's a 50/50 chance right now that he remains the starter.

Why does everyone hate Willis so much?!?!?!

"whatever" is an excellent summation in my opinion. -
Real simple, I hope the Bills boot MaGahee.

dude, he is not even a top 20 back anymore. He ran his mouth suggesting that OUR team just up and leave, period. How can you even defend anything that he does anymore? -

My two cents are that Willis simply lacks basic intelligence. Willis does not have consistent effort, remember when Levy stated this year "...if I was willis I'd hit the hole harder...."? Well, Willis did do that for 1 game and ran for near 150 yards with a TD. Right after this game he stopped hitting the hole hard and finished with an abysmal season. Does he forget from week to week the advice and thoughts of his coaches/mentors? Why does his running style and on field awareness seem to play hide and seek? Basic intelligence should also have told him to zip his mouth before he spouted off about the whole Toronto thing. If he had a shred of analytical ability he would be quite aware that Buffalo fans are fanatical and love their team, throw us under the bus by suggesting we move and WE will hate you for a very long time. Last but not least, even a shred of intelligence should advise one to "wrap up his johnson", especially being a wealthy man like he is. Sure maybe some of his baby mamas are out for money and support, he should have been aware of vulture like people that would prey on his money. But no, instead he impregnates 3 women, wow. Willis does not have the character for the Buffalo Bills anymore, his latest comments mixed with his uncanny ability for replication will drive him off of this team. -

I think penthouse shows penetration or genital contact, that would make it "porno" -

1/3 of McGahee's yards thisyear came against the Jets. (roughly 300/990) If only every team could be wearing green and have a man named vilma playing for them. -
yes sir, I never made this a color issue, appears that you have though.

Actually, my career choice leads me to be directly immersed in society every single shift of my life. So I couldn't "get realer" buddy. Sorry to say but 99 percent of the people that I've encountered that have three children through three different mothers are complete thugs. You think Willis pays child support because he wants to? hahahahahah It's called a family court order and of course Willis' agent has advised his client that it would be the "best thing" for him to do. Sorry, you're wrong, you probably do not work with society through a civil service position so STFU

I think that he'd go defensive coordinator, he seems to excel at designing coverage ST plays. My question for Mr. April is: When are you going to let Roscoe return kickoffs? McGee has fizzled out as a KR, 1 big one this year, all the rest mediocre to above average.

yeah that was a horrible draft we ended up with the 11th rated QB in the NFL this year we ended up with the #6 WR this year those first two picks are NFL superstars
-
blah blah blah blah blah, he's a thug and if you can't tell then you are not using your eyes and brain he's a thug, 3 kids, 3 different mothers? you don't think he's a thug, get real.

I got discouraged when after one of the first days in camp it was reported that he was forced to run sprints because of an inability to follow directions. Then he gets beat out by a fifth round pick (who performed well and is the only promise at DT right now) and Tim Anderson. Everyone said that DT is one of the positions that is difficult to learn at and typically takes a few years to grow into well then how come Kyle Williams was declared the starter before the 1st preseason game? I completely agree, McCargo is not proven and taking a risk and not drafting or acquiring another DT is retarded.

Yep, totally agreed. Very fu_king stupid. I hope there are no bills fans in favor of this. Season ticket prices probably would not go down knowing the NFL and Bills. -
I think Price is more than adequate as a #2 WR. JP did not look his direction very much until the latter part of the season, this is understandable as JP was developing and growing out of always opting for Evans first. Price will have a very big year next year (I'm not saying 1000 yards but I see him as a playmaker as JP develops more) Peerless made some huge catches this year, did not record many drops (I bet the number is less than 3) and the only reason that his YPC average was low because he was mainly used as a west coast style receiver, many catches underneath with very limited opportunity to add extra yards.

After reading that right there I have to actually say that I am rooting for a Pats led bloodbath. They only beat 1 team with a winning record? That's awful, screw them.

I'm with your beerme, a 3rd round pick needs to find some playing time somewhere. I found it quite discouraging that he never made it onto the field. I still hope he pans out

This McGahee crap is getting old...

Ladies and Gentlemen, The 2006 Darwin Awards
generaLee83 replied to /dev/null's topic in Off the Wall Archives
Definitley Darwin worthy, honorable mention at least. The amount of time rescuers spent looking for those climbers was amazing. The climbers probably never took into consideration how many lives they were risking other than their own when they took off on their little excursion. -
I'm aiming to eliminate all simple sugars and processed carbohydrates. This mixed in with 3 days weight training and 3 days cardio rotated over a 7 day span. I followed this plan for a few months last year and I dropped about 10 pounds and put on some muscle. Fell off the wagon a month ago though and hammered down snack cakes, doughnuts and pizza(s)-numerous.

All current Bills FA thoughts aside (i.e. Clements, Fletcher, etc.): 1. Fix the guard position, preferably with a(some) draft pick(s). Younger guys learn better and are more coachable. 2. Modify the cover 2 and add a big DT, please Perry don't be afraid to think outside the box. 3. Find a productive fullback, one that blocks, runs and catches, it would be a solid weapon for JP. 4. Draft a shifty/speedy HB that will light a fire under Willis' rear end or one that will earn the starting position. 5. Add more complexity to the offense as JP develops more. Happy New Year to everyone, I'm taking a break from the message board for a while.

When ya got no running game, ya got no game
generaLee83 replied to Buffalo Mike1's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
While I think that Henry had too many fumble problems earlier in his career he certainly seems to have turned things around a bit in Tenny. Willis however has sh_t the bed repeatedly this season, it seemed as if he had originally corrected his terrible blocking but you're right, today he was quite awful. His efforts on run plays also seemed a bit suspect. Willis probably didn't care about this game, he was more worried about getting his 33 yards which he didn't, HAHAHAHAH I beg for him to holdout or ask for an extension this off-season, given his antics, attitude (not knowing his teams record earlier in the year), inconsistent play and past injuries I would think that Marv would send him packing. We'll see though, they'll probably fail at re-signing LF-B and NC but they'll give Willis a huge extension. Oh wait, that would be a Donahoe move. -

generaLee83 replied to Buffalo Mike1's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
yeah I didn't quite understand that play either -
They'd be pretty stupid not to, they might also trade Moss away and see if they can get a 1st round pick for him. Whenever I think that the Bills O-line is having a bad day I just look at the Raiders.

Oh jeez, Madden and Michaels are crying!
generaLee83 replied to duey's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I can't wait for that either. Surely a real TO debacle will surface next year (it will be his 2nd year and he will be comfortable with voicing his misguided and insane opinions), mix this with the withering beginners luck of Tony Romo and we'll have the makings for a Dallas meltdown. Fantastic.
