The Bills organization was idiotic to not re-sign Crowell. He was productive in their system, was a team captain and actually seemed to possess some basic fundamental skills. I fully expected McCargo to start along with Stroud last year and was very surprised when High Motor Williams got the nod. McCargo had a very quick first step and should have been utilized more by Coach Richard but it's nothing new for Jauron to be horrible at working to his players strengths.
